Ddr3amieOne word to describe this hotel: AMAZING. A beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel sitting just across the road from the Yangtze River. The tranquil and serenity enveloped me the moment I stepped out of my ride immediately relaxed every cell in my body. The staff are amazing, they actually made it a point to remember which room I stayed in. Got an upgrade and wow, the room was just amazing.
They had a very wide breakfast spread for us to choose from, from the usual english breakfast to Jiangsu's traditional noodles. Be sure to ask for their baby lobster noodles and big bao, just super yummy. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant the 1st night and tried the delicacies they had. Puffer fish and what they called 长鱼, were really very yummy too.
I really, really, highly recommend this hotel should you want to visit Zheng Jiang. I'll definitely be back again.

LLewis001Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!

GGuest UserThis hotel seems to have recently rebranded to Marriott. When I arrived on April 30th, the old sign was gone, and there was no notice at the entrance nor any staff to inform guests about the change. This made it very unfriendly for first-time visitors.
The hotel facilities are pretty standard. However, during this rebranding period, the hotel was severely understaffed. Only two out of three check-in counters were open, and they were busy assisting departing business guests with tasks like cash payments and invoices. The third counter was completely unattended. I waited over 10 minutes to check in, and no staff member came to help or direct guests. What was truly intolerable was the management oversight due to this understaffing: despite being a non-smoking hotel, guests were smoking on the guestroom floor, and the smell wafted into my room, rendering the non-smoking policy useless. There were 3-4 cigarette butts in the trash can, which wasn't even a fire-safe ash bin and still had a plastic liner inside. What if it caught fire in a 70+ story building? How would anyone escape? Ironically, there was even a fire drill during my stay. Even though it's in a transitional phase, the management, service, and facilities don't meet Marriott's standards. It was a very disappointing stay.

GGuest UserReally want to call me crazy at the Shuguang Hotel I just stayed in!
As soon as I entered the lobby, the atmospheric decoration style attracted me. It was full of high-end sense and the layout was very festive, suitable for taking pictures and punching in! The room surprised me even more, the space was spacious and bright, and the details showed the quality. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are of high quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's service is first-class. From the front desk to the cleaning, everyone is smiling, especially the front desk Xiao Zhang makes me feel very warm. I also sent a small snack intimately, super love. The hotel's supporting facilities are also very complete, self-service laundry and robots to send things into the room, we ordered takeaway, and soon sent it over! !
This stay experience is perfect, the price is super high, I strongly recommend everyone to feel it, I am avoiding the peak of travel, no need to crowd people, not bad [victory][victory][victory]

GGuest UserHotel was okay, but we didn’t have the window, and lights were not to bright. We were staying just 1 night, but if you wanna stay for long term, check the room with windows :) it was not too far from the railway station, and closed to the place have a lot of places that you can visit

GGuest UserThis time, the king room with a bathtub was fantastic! The king-size bed was soft and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The freestanding bathtub was clean with plenty of hot water, perfect for a relaxing soak. The printer and public computers in the lobby were super convenient, a lifesaver for business travelers needing to work on the go. The gym was well-equipped and clean, and the self-service laundry room with both washers and dryers was incredibly helpful for business trips or travel. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely be back!

The surrounding area is a bustling commercial district, but I couldn't find anywhere to eat breakfast. The room itself was very basic, and some of the wallpaper was peeling. The staff at the front desk were unenthusiastic, but the cleaning staff were decent. Overall, the experience wasn't great.

GGuest UserTo be honest, this is the worst GreenTree Inn I have ever stayed at. The room is on the first floor. There is a storage shed opposite the window. Not only does it smell bad, it is not soundproof. The quilt cover and pillowcases don't look very clean. I don't know if they have been changed. This is equivalent to a county-level city like Jurong. , the price is not cheap either, and I don’t recommend it anyway. But it's very close to the subway station, so traveling is very convenient.
