The landscape of the surrounding area was ideal. The garden was well kept. However the room carpet not very clean. The general cleanliness in the bathroom was acceptable. Service was excellent. We forgot our password of the deposit box. The maintenance guy came and politely said must call the manager who came shortly after that. They were both very polite and professional."

"The weather was very good last weekend, so I took my parents to Zhenjiang on a whim. The hotel is located in the Yiyuan scenic area, with its own garden exterior. It is peaceful, far-reaching, and beautiful. The room was booked on short notice as the standard room was fully booked, so we booked two suites. There are two suites for my parents and me to live in. They are located at the two ends of the first floor and are quite far apart. The room is quite big, with a hall-style, neat and tidy, and the older people prefer this style. I ordered pot-covered noodles from the waiter in advance for breakfast, and the taste was good. The overall service awareness is good. A few shortcomings: 1. The biggest bug is that the hair dryer in the room is basically useless. It can only blow a little wind, and my hair basically has to be hung out to dry. Because it was already late at night, I did not report it to the front desk. I looked through the reviews of previous guests and someone had already mentioned this, which shows that it was not rectified in time, which should not happen for a room rate of 1,000 yuan; 2. The room generally looks clean and tidy, but some details are not well examined. The faucet on the sink has serious water stains, and the small box next to the TV is obviously dusty. 3. It is a very helpless thing. Maybe it is because the room is on the first floor and the humidity is very high. It is recommended to air the room in time to remove mites. For me with sensitive skin, it is very painful. It has been a week and the insect bites on my arms have not gone away. It is very itchy."

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful; they offered water as soon as I walked in, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The surrounding area has everything you need, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The soundproofing at night was good, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. I even ordered a pillow from their mini-program for home use! The buffet was clean and delicious, definitely recommended."

"This was one of the worse stays, and definitely not up to five-star standards. Hardware: The room is very small, there is very little furniture in the room, there is no refrigerator, no bathtub, the curtains are not electric, there are few light switches and their positions are inexplicable, there is no main sleep switch, the night light can never be turned off and turns on when turning over in bed. The bathroom layout is really average. Facilities: There are no self-service vending machines, the supermarket is closed at night, there is no underground parking lot, and the parking lot is not monitored. Buffet: There are very few types, the Western pastry is not fresh, the Chinese dim sum is not good, the vegetables taste okay, the coffee machine is either out of beans or out of water, the orange juice is the Huiyuan type that is not freshly squeezed and is always empty. Service: I couldn't find a place to buy water at night, so the front desk offered to open a supermarket nearby. Therefore, the service is probably the only highlight. Environment: The surrounding scenery is pretty good, and you can hear frogs chirping at night."
