"The room doors are very noisy, banging and cracking. They need to find a solution for the room doors; there's a strange noise when the doors of the next room or another room slam shut. Also, I don't know if there was construction or renovations going on nearby or on the floors, but we woke up early in the morning to the sound of drills and hammers. The location is nice, the cleanliness is good, but this noise issue really disrupted my resting comfort."

"Headline: Not recommended if you want to be near the city.
While the room was clean, it was far too small and lacked essential furniture like a wardrobe or a mini-fridge. The bathroom was the only spacious part of the room. The biggest downside is the location; being 6km away means spending an extra €25+ daily on transport. Any money you save on the room rate, you will likely spend on taxis or transit."

Guest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at the Eastfive Hotel. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were well-maintained and tidy – there's really nothing to complain about.
The location is a bit outside the city center, which you should factor in, but for the price – especially over New Year's – it's absolutely fair. You really can't complain.
Breakfast was good and had a decent selection, but unfortunately, it was very crowded, so it got a bit hectic at times.
Overall, it offers good value for money and we highly recommend it if you're looking for a clean hotel at a reasonable price.

I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated.
However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again.
It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent.

Guest UserThere's a Rewe nearby, which is very convenient. The breakfast is decent, nothing special. The staff are friendly and professional. The room is quite spacious and has a safe, iron, and hairdryer. It's very quiet at night, like being in the countryside.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect.

Ich habe 2x Morgens keine Butter mehr bekommen, da schmecken die Brötchen nicht so gut.4
Außerdem habe ich Probleme mit dem Internet gehabt, weil nach 1 h oder so das Internet nur noch limitiert gelaufen ist. Bis auf den letzten Tag, da gab es auch unbegrenzt Internet. Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen. alles Andere war sehr gut: Freundlicher Service beim Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, sauberes großes Zimmer.

WENXIANThe hotel seems to be run by Muslims, and there is a strange smell as soon as you enter; there is its own dedicated parking lot, which is more convenient for self-driving. The receptionist is a man, the efficiency is low, the service is not flexible...others have not experienced any service...
