SSandra.220Service impeccable. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et aux petits soins. Le petit-dejeuner salé est fait maison selon un choix et il a été exceptionnel. Il y a du sucrée qui reste convenable. La chambre était très propre. Un peu trop sombre les couleurs choisies. Je recommande vraiment pour son emplacement, le personnel et son confort.

CCecilia BorellaI went on a Holiday with my mum for 4 days. We loved the hotel. The room were very big and cleaned. The breakfast was amazing and a lot of options. We also tried the swimming pool and little spa and we were very happy with amenities. On top of that the staff was very friendly and cordial and available to answer our question. The location was also very good closed to the center of Mao. If we ever come back to Menorca we would definetly stay in this hotel again

SShirley DrummondWe had the most wonderful 4 night stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was excellent, great location. Superb breakfast. Spent a couple of days just chilling by the pool - fabulous lounge area.
Thank you for recommendations of beaches to visit and making our stay so enjoyable. Hope to return and certainly will be recommending the hotel to friends.

GGuest UserReally well located hotel, lovely views from the bars the pools and from our room. Just a few minutes walk and you can be on the Sandy Beach. Nearby supermarkets and a selection of restaurants. The area itself is very quiet but lovely. There wasn’t much storage space in the rooms with regards to drawers et cetera however everything was very clean and worked well.
The daily cleaning service was great. Breakfast in this hotel was also included for our booking. There was a lovely selection of food including fresh omelettes which are my favourite. There was a wide selection of bread pastry cereals, hot food juices teas, coffees. The drinks in the hotel also very nice. The poor area is very serene and has great views overlooking the beach area below. overall I would recommend this hotel however if you are looking for something lively this may not be right for you. We found it to be very relaxing which was just what we were looking for.

GGuest UserFantastic. Beautiful location. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made our stay special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, without being over the top.
The room was great, a little apartment with an equipped kitchen and fridge.
There's a comfy bed and walk-in shower with a little step.
The food was good with a choice for everyone.
There are a lot of stairs, I'm not very mobile and I managed to get around.
There's a nice easily accessible pool,

PPhilipenghoeyHotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation.
Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig.

GGuest UserGenerally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….

GGuest UserWalkable location from El Castell, and Moah also Port de Mao, but hard to get to beaches unless via taxi or buses that are not direct nor frequent. Great staff, friendly helpful spoke some English and gave many recommendations. Lovely roof top pool with view open all night. Comfortable room, and early check in when they can make it happen. Great hotel choice reasonable pricing. Minimal small cafe but great ⁰for coffee or a night cap when it is open.

GGuest UserThe staff made it a great experience. Good variety for the food and general ambiance was great! Lots of amenities but the spa and changing room looked a little dated and tired, so did the corridors. The room was also very simple and bed quite squeaky, which were disappointing. Loved that they offered showers on the day we left!

GGuest UserThe staff and service were very friendly. The facilities were well-maintained. We were very comfortable in the room, with a large, comfortable bed and a quiet spot at the back of the hotel for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, but dinner was a matter of taste and/or what you're used to in your normal life. I'd also choose the cold cuts served for breakfast for dinner. Peeled boiled eggs were better. They don't include non-alcoholic beer. Everything else was fine, but 20 euros for dinner was a bit pricey.
