I had a great stay overall. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the train station, making travel a breeze.
The room was the perfect size for solo traveller —not too cramped—and very comfortable, especially the bed. My only minor gripe was the breakfast, which was a bit average and basic. It’s fine for a quick bite.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

Bon acceuil par le personnel ainsi l'efficacité des installations. Petit déjeuner correct. Néanmoins il serait souhaitable d'avoir un paqet de serviettes en papier à disposition dans la cafétariat ainsi que dans la chambre.

Guest UserWe had booked 2 rooms and wanted to cancel 1 (by unforeseen circumstances), cancellation was not allowed (so we had 2 rooms)and when we were in the (extra) room, it was found that it was rented again to someone else!
The manager indicated that it did not matter (for us), which room we would have too much, that is true, but was not consulted with us, whether we wanted to change from room, we were faced with the re-leasing of our entirely paid Accommodation!
All the sad experience.
Check-in is via a computer and completely inpersonal, location very inappropriate with OV but handy with Oceanopolis

We have spent a very good stay in your hotel! The hotel is very welcome, everything is very clean, whether the common parts or the room. The rooms are very soundproofed. Breakfast was complete. The reception staff was very helpful and available.
The hotel has a private parking, which is one more for us. It is located near the concert hall of La Carène, so perfectly located for us who enjoy a concert! However, there is no noise damage despite the proximity of the places! We'll come back!

The hotel is perfect, laughterful and professional staff. Breakfast is very complete and extensive. The neighborhood and the hotel are quiet with free private parking. (But 1 only small bottle of water ”Cristaline” at the average cost of 0.18€ in large surface for 2 ?) In the end, Bon séjour...
