Breakfast was delicious, great options.
Room (lodge suites) we’re warm, noise proof and clean
Food, slightly on the more expensive side, however good size portions and delicious so worth the extra money!
Attention to detail throughout our was unreal.
We will certainly be back!!

Room ok - even though I had said I’d limited mobility it was on the 1st floor up 3 steps.
Creaky floors
Shower had 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner with no shower gel - only found out when already under shower
Parking but cost £15 a night with no reduction for blue badge holders

Breakfast was ok - sauce on eggs Benedict was cold and no beans on traditional breakfast - recommend boiled eggs and soldiers

NNilpThe hotel stay was really peaceful and quiet, very clean and spacious big room and space. The food was delicious and the waiters were so helpful and friendly. The staff helped us and gave a free chocolate box for my friend's birthday party.

While the rooftop spa can't compare to those in China, it's still quite comprehensive and excellent, featuring a sauna, sunbathing area, itchy tub, foot massage pool, and natural outdoor soaking pool. Most importantly, the service is impeccable, with exceptionally good attitudes. Although my English is limited, the front desk staff patiently explained everything, providing consistently pleasant and friendly service with smiles.

GGraham from further north.Stayed for 4 nights lovely hotel nice old building could do with a bit of TLC in some places. Very clean very good food and excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Will be staying again.

GGuest UserI stayed one night only but had a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed which was great. I enjoyed the evening meal, though choices were limited, and a very good buffet breakfast. The hotel was conveniently situated next to the train station which was ideal for me. The staff were friendly and welcoming too.
