Guest UserApart from the obvious advantage of the location, it's a very comfortable room and quite a good breakfast with plenty of options in local cuisine apart from Western options.
A bit of research about locating the hotel is useful because it's between the 1st and 3rd floors.
If you are between flights with difficult times there are options of early and late check in/check out however these come with a significant charge.
We asked about left luggage and the charge per day was so high it was not worth it. I assume other hotels in the airport have similar policies.
Overall it was a very good choice for us with some bulky luggage so getting a shuttle or taxi/rideshare would have been tiring.

v8989I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age.
Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.

Anonymous User“Good for a Transit Stay, but the AI-Driven Service Needs Work”
I booked this hotel mainly because of the reviews mentioning the good food and free pick-up/drop-off shuttle service. Communicating with the hotel before check-in to arrange the shuttle was easy through the hotel’s WhatsApp number, which I found on Trip.com.
Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel seems to cater quite heavily to Chinese visitors. There was a line of Chinese guests checking in, and one of the front desk staff spoke Chinese fluently. Some of the notices around the hotel were also written in Chinese, presumably Mandarin.
Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. However, I was informed that I needed to install an app to use various hotel services during my stay, including the digital room key and room service. While this may be convenient for some guests, I personally found it a bit of a hassle at the time. The installation itself took some time, followed by an explanation of how to use the system.
The food was average, with a reasonable selection of options. However, the refilling of some items was rather slow. For example, the milk for the coffee machine ran out and was not replenished promptly, and at times there was no cook available.
The room itself was nice and spacious. One thing I particularly liked was the layout, with the washing area located near the entrance. The toilet unit also looked new. Unfortunately, the towels looked rather shabby and could use an upgrade. Complimentary bottled water was available upon request, which was a nice touch.
One of the biggest downsides for me was the lack of a telephone in the room. All service requests have to be made through the app. I had to communicate with an AI chatbot, but the chatbot would often instruct me to go downstairs and confirm the request with the reception desk anyway. I found this rather confusing and wondered what the point of the AI system was if I still had to speak to a staff member in person.
It seems the hotel is trying to adapt to AI and reduce the need for human staff, but the system does not seem to work effectively yet. In my experience, it actually added an extra step rather than making things easier.
This was especially noticeable during check-out. There was only one front desk staff member, which was surprising. He was very patient and did his best to serve everyone, but the hotel really could have used more staff at that time. As a result, the line became quite long. Had I been informed during check-in that I could simply use the self-service machine to check out, I could have avoided the queue altogether.
The location is in the CBC area, although finding the hotel felt a bit like navigating a labyrinth. It wasn't the easiest place to locate, especially for a first-time visitor.
Overall, I would say you get what you pay for. For a one-night transit stay, the hotel was acceptable, especially with the free shuttle service and spacious room. However, the hotel could significantly improve its service by having more human staff available and making its AI-based system more practical and user-friendly.

🍽️ Breakfast: 5/5 - So many varieties and everything was delicious! Loved the selection 😋
But the BEST part was the service! 💛
From the smooth airport shuttle pickup 🚐 to every single hotel staff, everyone was so kind and helpful. We arrived for a late night check-in 🌙 and the front desk still greeted us with the warmest welcome and made everything so easy.
Really felt taken care of. Will 100% come back again! Highly recommend 🙌

Excellent! It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle service. Rooms on the right side facing the road can be a bit noisy, as Indonesian motorcycles are loud from morning till night. So, from my second stay onwards, I always requested a room on the left side, which is very quiet and ensures a good night's sleep. The breakfast also has a wide variety of options suitable for Chinese palates. I really hope I can come here for a vacation someday instead of just a business trip. Even for business, it's great, perfectly avoiding city center traffic, and the hotel's ambiance makes you feel like you're on holiday!~ ( ̄▽ ̄~)~

Ismail Hamdun SaidI am very disappointed with my stay at D'Prima Wellness Center Terminal 3 International. I booked two rooms through Trip.com because the photos clearly showed Queen-size beds, which were essential for my travel party. However, the actual rooms did not match the advertised images.
When I raised the issue, the hotel only offered paid solutions: IDR 250,000 per room for extra towels and water, or IDR 400,000 per room for a room upgrade without breakfast. Even one of the staff acknowledged that the photos on Trip.com do not accurately represent the actual rooms.
What surprised me most was that the Operations Manager stated the hotel does not even have a Guest Complaint Form. After 18 years working in the travel industry, this is the first time I have encountered a hotel without a basic complaint procedure.
The misleading room information, poor complaint handling, and lack of standard customer service are unacceptable, especially for a hotel located at an international airport. I hope the management reviews this issue seriously, updates the online information accurately, and provides a proper explanation and fair resolution for affected guests.

VSTWe stayed overnight in order to catch the early morning flight at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. The hotel provides free pick up and send off every other hour. We had to follow the 4am SUV to the airport.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable to have a night's sleep.
However, bedroom slippers and hair dryer are provided upon request.

Guest UserThis hotel's location is very strategic for transit passengers, especially for Umrah/Hajj pilgrims. Regarding cleanliness, the carpet should be replaced with a new one to avoid the musty smell. For facilities, there's no elevator to the rooms, which can be a bit challenging if guests have a lot of luggage. Overall, the hotel staff's service is excellent and friendly; they even escorted me to the check-in counter. Thanks!

Guest UserHotel was very secluded and far away from town. Only near to the airport. Room condition was very dark and not comfortable. Breakfast was meagre. Won't be coming to the hotel. Only good that they provide shuttle service to the airport.
