GGuest UserReturning from our Lombok trip, we stayed at Hastina Hotel again. The room was quite comfortable, and the hotel's location is close to Epicentrum Mall, which has plenty of shopping and cafes. Hot water runs well, and the bed linens are clean. We tried three room types - deluxe, standard, and a superior room. All rooms were adequately equipped with the essentials. It's sufficient for a two-night stay! 🙌

GGuest UserReally helpful and friendly staff, they went above and beyond!! We didn’t have a hot shower but it was okay as it was hot there anyway so a cold shower cooled us down. The location is okay, you can rent motorbikes from here so this was really convenient and easy. Would stay again and would recommend to other people!

MmochFrom Bali to Lombok at night around 12 o'clock, good service, fairly clean rooms and delicious food, very strategic location near the Mataram Islamic Center right in the city center and also Udayana Park... Suitable for backpackers or business people who want to stay here because of the price also affordable

MMichael AnsgarOverall I had a pleasant stay there after they changed my room to one on the 1st floor. My room on the ground floor was extremely humid and smelled kinda moldy. I heard from other guests this is also the case in other rooms on the ground floor.
In my new room the bed was comfy, the bathroom was okay and the ac was working properly.
I wouldn't book the breakfast since it's not really a fulfilling meal.
The staff is friendly even though they don't speak english, but with the help of a translator you'll be able to get the information you want to them.
