The hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

Dirty. Room needs some maintenance and update. Sink clogged and didn't drain properly. Room Furniture should be either replaced or the finish resurfaced. Rust stain and shower wall with molds.

This hotel is so-so with enough size of bathroom.
The only one shocked me is when I need to wait as waiting list for check-in by leaving my ID and booking to receptionist then sit on the waiting area, this even happening on check-out.
The coridor is ”smokey” stink. May be guests allowed to smoke here, but this is very disturbing for me and family that asked for non-smoking room.
Other than this, everything is just good.

Even the hotel in University but near with shopping mall and got beach (about 500m walking). I enioy brisk walk in morning around that campus. A perfect morning..

The hotel's location is close to Padang Beach and the Al Hakim Mosque, which is an icon for tourists. The hotel room is spacious, and the staff service is friendly. The hotel is clean; only the Wi-Fi capacity needs to be improved as it's not great, and the water tap is showing its age.

I booked a room with two king-size beds, but instead I got one king bed and one single extra bed. The shower pipe in the bathroom was broken, and the air conditioner was not cold. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service.
