If you're in Surabaya to see the volcanoes, definitely don't miss this hotel! Not only do they offer various breakfast packages with volcano views (no waiting in line!), but they also have cooking and gardening classes for both kids and adults. There's even a small playground and a farm. The hotel provides butler service, and we will definitely be back. My husband and I both loved it!

Booked the villa with 3 rooms for my family and my friends, stayed only for one night but we have a really great time! Even it was raining hard but this hotel has some options for doing activities indoor. When we walked outside to the pool area, we felt like we're in another country. Really love the nature concept! Also, everything in this hotel is super clean. Very recommended for a big group who wants to do a short getaway or a long stay.

During my stay in June 2026, the hotel is about 80% completed. Please understand that the hotel is doing their best to provide a comfortable experience. Most of the facilities are up and running and I am pleasant with the maintenance of the place. Kak Widya helped me a lot during my stay. I always look for her and she understands my needs as a tourist and always follows up with me. She is polite, helpful and professional. Where ad-hoc transport is required, you may wish to speak to the hotel staff to arrange for the alternative Ojek ride services. It costs IDR 50,000/way (cash and exact change only) and it is your only mode of transport around the mountains. Avoid bringing in multiples of IDR 100,000 as there are no money changing services available.

I've become a regular on family vacations. I want to see green views and cool air. You can also have breakfast in your room without having to go to the restaurant. You can choose the menu, don't be stingy... But because this is an old hotel there are some problems in the bathroom

The room was very spacious, which is becoming quite rare these days. The hotel also has a large garden with lots of greenery, making it peaceful and relaxing. The fresh mountain air was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The property feels like an older hotel that is gradually being renovated. We booked three rooms, and while room 220 looked much better maintained, room 230 (the mountain view room at the end of the building) had visible mold on parts of the ceiling. The staff were kind enough to offer us another room, which we appreciated. However, mold is something that really needs attention, as it can affect guests with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. Another area for improvement is the towels and bath mats, which looked quite worn and should be replaced for better hygiene. Overall, the hotel has great potential with its spacious rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful garden. With better maintenance, especially addressing the mold issue and replacing old linens, it could become an even more enjoyable place to stay.

It is not like before when I stayed the first time in this place. They offer a lot of fun activities like buggy car rides, enjoying gelato, and swimming. But this time no more buggy car, no more gelato. The swimming pool is still okay, but due to the rainy season, we stay away from doing it. Not many activities we can do. I stroll along in the morning. The security was approaching us, not allowing us to walk on the pathway. They told us that the golfers will start to use that area. So what the hell am I doing here in the resort? What makes our stay inconvenient is mosquitoes in my room.

This hotel has a very strategic location, the price is very affordable, with adequate facilities. Cleanliness also gets a thumbs up. Comfortable, quiet, surrounded by gardens and a balcony with a good view, safe and comfortable. Hats off for synergy
