worth it or not?this is my honest experience of staying at Horison Samarinda 👀 ✨ Clean lobby ✨ location is ok ✨ cocok buat short stay But to be honest, I think the room is a bit poorly soundproofed so it's quite noisy 😭 And there was an experience when I ordered fried rice at the restaurant, the aroma was not good so we complained. fortunately,the response from the hotel is very fast 🙌 The food was changed directly, the manager also came to apologize directly, even we were given a complimentary cake red velvet when we returned to the room 😭✨ I think this is a plus point because they want to handle complaints well. Overall: 7/10 make a short stay experience in Samarinda ✨

This time I stayed at the back of the hotel. It was a little difficult to drain the toilet, and there was no fan to absorb the moisture. The bath water was not hot enough and heated slowly. The rooms are spacious and clean but unfortunately for drinking there are no refills available in the hallway. Every time you want to refill drinking water you have to ask the staff.
