Anonymous UserThey offer free shuttle to/from Juanda airport. The people are always nice. I always book this hotel whenever my flight schedule is in the morning. They would provide breakfast in a box if you couldn't afford the time to enjoy it at the hotel which is superb.

Jasmine1992Trip.com doesn't have Reviw for ”check-in experience”, but if it does, it is zero star.
This hotel needs to train a young receptionist. I already informed the hotel that I would check in late around 11pm and the young boy didn't know how to checkin and made me wait until other staff came.
When a guest is tired, we do not like to wait for a simple checkin process.
I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel nearby the Surabaya airport.
As you can see from the photo, they don't bother to fix the curtain.
