Our stay at Lough Bawn House was a truly wonderful experience. The location is beyond compare. The beautiful period house is nestled in a completely private setting overlooking rolling fields and a crystal clear lake and surrounded by century old trees. Verity, the owner, provided us with a beautiful breakfast every morning with lots of home made bread and jams and a delicious dinner that had seasonal vegetables from her organic garden.
We hated to leave and hope to be back soon. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a little slice of heaven!

SophieBZHA wonderful one‑night stay at Killeen Castle. The setting is quiet and serene, the rooms modern and extremely comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. A perfect combination of peaceful surroundings and great food.

Nice family run hotel. My room was a decent size for a solo traveller and spotlessly clean.
Excellent food and staff that were willing to go beyond the norm to provide a service and be helpful.
Would have no hesitation in using the Hamlet Court Hotel in the future.
