This hotel gave me a very big surprise. First of all, the location is very good, not far from Aragon Castle and Ischia Pier, all within walking distance. The hotel gave me a free room upgrade, and the balcony of the room directly overlooks the Aragon Castle, with invincible sea views. The hotel also has a two-story public roof terrace with a wide view and feels that the Aragon Castle is within easy reach. The hotel's service is also very good, including a rich breakfast. This is a very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended!

Fabulous hotel with a wonderful view, a swimming pool with hot water and bedroom service with paraplus.  Excellent cleaning, very good breakfast, friendly staff, kind and very available. Excellent quality price ratio.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can see it when you get off the boat, it is very convenient to walk for 3 minutes. The traffic is also very good, there is a bus stop nearby to take the bus to Forio, casamicciola and other places. The scenery is great, the room is large and very clean. Service is also very good

The lobby manager is warm and efficient, the hotel food is particularly delicious, the room is warm and the various services are very good, the cleaning room aunt is very warm and it is recommended. Что понравилось:SPA- комплекс термальный бассейн с пятью видами гидромассажа, дорожка Кнайпа, сауна.Проживание- отель « уставший», до 4* далеко, завтраки скромные, без изысков. Звукоизоляция отсутствует совсем. Но брали по акции,поэтому без претензий, а за полную стоимость можно найти лучше.

We stayed here for 3 night, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Although the hotel could use a renovation! We have enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient and central location: literally on the main street in the center of Ischia. The rooms are small but functional. Perhaps a little dated. The staff, especially at the front desk, is truly friendly and helpful. The front desk is open even at night. The hotel could perhaps use some renovations (since the solarium area with a small pool was closed), and the rooms could use some soundproofing. My room was also close to a maid's room, and I could literally hear everything in the morning. It should also be mentioned that the tourist tax has been increased from €2 to €4 per day (double!!). Overall: satisfied.

The hotel is very large but date-out.
