Guest UserI had mistakenly reserved a smoking room for a week, but they changed it to a non-smoking room on Tuesday.
However, the non-smoking room I was changed to was extremely dirty, with filth strewn on the floor after taking a bath, so I contacted the front desk in the middle of the night and asked them to check.
After checking, they changed my room to a top-class room.
The view and size of the room were more than enough for one person.

Guest UserIt was really good to have a buffet for dinner breakfast, a dog and eat!
I thought that the hot spring was just right for this number of guests, each of which was an indoor bath and an open-air bath.
I wanted a chair after the sauna if I was strong.
Other than that, I was impressed at the dog first hotel!
