Great service is very good

The main purpose is to take the bus to Ogizawa from Shinano Omachi Station for 540 yen. It is just opposite the bus stop. The next morning, take the bus to Ogizawa, which is about 25 minutes and a little closer. The courtyard environment is nice, the interior furnishings are also very Japanese and pay attention to details. The dinner and breakfast are quite rich. The guest's luggage was delivered, and the staff wiped the wheels very carefully. The service is good.

The hotel doesn't have any restaurants; if you want to eat, it's about a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute walk. The rooms are spacious, but there's no table, which is a bit inconvenient. The hotel has a hot spring, and the environment is very nice and comfortable; it's worth staying at.

Location is on the top of the mountain, not very convenient But self-driving tour, it doesn't matter 4.5 hour drive from Narita Airport to the hotel Check in is already more than 12 am The hotel staff checked in for us after get off work  But it is snowing, there are mountain roads in the snow that are not open and there is no enclosure. Very very helpful staff. We had injury when we arrived here and stayed for 3 nights and the staff was very cooperative and helpful during this time of distress.
