Great
AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

GGuest UserThis is our go to place in Mexico City, great location (other than problems with Uber due to road closed in front of US Embassy which blocks one access completely). Staff are pretty good, fair pricing.. just stay away from Danubio tower and get the Reforma side. Had 2 issues last visit with show curtains not being water proof, so bathroom floor would get wet and main room door was difficult to close (514). Spoke to front desk and customer service contacted me with an upgrade.

XXyzxieVery good, this is my third time here. The room was comfortable and, most importantly, the price was reasonable. The only downside was the airport shuttle was so infrequent that I had to wait an hour and a half for it to arrive.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

CCemaxingtianxiaFacilities: Generally speaking, it's pretty standard, similar to a 300 RMB hotel in China. But considering its airport location, it's acceptable. Special shout-out to the comfortable sofa – big plus! Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The hotel interior is great. However, the airport exterior is under renovation, and it was a bit hard to find. Service: Excellent and very professional.

AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room. Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

LLiuxiaoxin™The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽

HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
