Great
AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

^^-^jing^_^It's OK for a one-night stay on a business trip. There is a shuttle bus to the airport, which is quite convenient.

GGuest UserHotel is within the airport. Very convenient for early morning departure. But seems to be lacking in sign board to easily locate the hotel. Comfy bed and pillows are the best part of my stay in this hotel.

AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room. Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because the reviews are extremely praised. It's also .... Good. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was neatly decorated everywhere, so it comes out pretty no matter where you take a picture. And the breakfast is not varied, but I am so satisfied. There are many kinds of bread, and it's well prepared with good food for breakfast. I made sandwiches and ate them ... It was so delicious. So I made two and ate it. ㅋㅋ The parking space is very spacious and nice, and you can rent a bicycle (leased if you leave your passport), so I enjoyed sightseeing with my family on a bicycle in Socalo Square, the Arts Center, and the Revolutionary Monument. Thank you so much Hotel kali centro for providing good facilities and services to make you have a great time.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

LLiuxiaoxin™The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽

HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
