MaldeetsBeautiful and just amazing house overall. (Manong) Tony and (Manang) Maricris were great host, very accommodating and attentive. (Manong) Tony did our photoshoot with the period clothes around the property. Highly recommend.

It was very touching because it was a hotel with traditional Spanish culture. The paintings and decorations decorated in many places were also attractive, and it stopped my eyes there for a while. It was a short journey, but it left many memories. Thank you.

Clean and very prompt cleaners.
I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!

We had been upgraded to their their main hotel, the main hotel (street) is just adjacent to calle crisologo, the hotel is a must-stay if you're in Vigan, the hotel room (Queen) is big, the overall cleanliness is great, the hotel staffs are soo accommodating, the amenities were awesome, IG worthy, if you're into arts and painting, you're in the right place, masterpieces from Manansala, Juan Luna, Imao and others 👌👌👌

DelveauxFirst off, Karen at the front desk was fantastic, after already working for 19+ hours. Hats off to her. Only complaint really was the smoke alarm(s) has dead batteries and we asked to be repacked and they were not. Pretty loud construction at night hours as well. Bed and room was comfortable good water flow and clean. Thanks Karen for saving us!

Elaiza PradoHospitality, kindness, cleanliness ans service were there as expected. I can only advise you to continue this way same if it would be nice to offer some croissants and pains au chocolats at the breakfast… Be sure if I had to come back in here in the future, I’ll come back there ! And I’d recommand certainly your Hôtel.
