We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

I booked a room with a full view, but I had issues with the room and asked for a different one. They promised to change it and call me, but I never received anything, nor did anyone bother to call and apologize for not fulfilling their promises. It was a bad experience in terms of service. However, the location is the most important thing, as it's close to the Haram, which is what I needed.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and feels brand new. The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it's just a short walk from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Makkah!

Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner. Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest. Appreciated and thanks.

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

Excellent beautiful hotel with a very good reasonable prices. I booked 2 rooms for five days. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel ..the area is modern with everything you need around you from shops to restaurants to coffees.

Subject: Complaint regarding incorrect room assignment. Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking at your hotel. I reserved a room with specific features through your booking platform, and these details were confirmed before my customer's arrival. However, when my customer checked in, they were assigned a completely different room that did not match the confirmed reservation. The main issue was not the attitude of the reception staff, but the failure to provide the room that had been booked and confirmed. I would also like to mention that the issue was eventually resolved only after I personally contacted my customer and asked them to speak directly with the receptionist. I instructed my customer to explain that they wanted the room they had originally reserved. Only after this discussion did the hotel change the room and provide the accommodation that matched the original reservation. Although, I appreciate that the matter was eventually corrected, this should have been handled properly from the beginning, without requiring additional intervention. I hope you will review this incident and take steps to ensure that confirmed reservations are honored in the future, providing guests with the service they expect. Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. The location was also perfect—easy access to nearby attractions, food spots, and transport. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. This was my second stay at Violet Hotel and it was as good as my first trip. I honestly love this hotel for its calm, quiet, and clean environment. It is ideal for families because of all its facilities, its breakfast buffet is a perfect blend of dishes, and its location is ideal for anyone performing Umrah. It has a 24/7 shuttle service and you can also get a cab for 10-15 riyals to Haram, which takes around 5 min. The shuttle drops you at the Ajyad street from there it's a 5-7 min walk to King Abdul Aziz Gate. The return spot is the same. Cabs usually drop you right at the Abdul Aziz Gate, no walk. So it's your choice. For the prices they charge, this hotel is excellent value for money. I happily prefer it over the hotels located near Haram but are crowded and don't offer much in terms of facilities

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.
