Wonderful Stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar Makkah. The hotel is beautifully designed, modern, elegant, and exceptionally well maintained. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Masjid al-Haram, which made our stay especially comfortable and convenient. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent facilities and partial beautiful view. The service throughout the hotel was also impressive. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay even more enjoyable, especially during our time in Makkah. Overall, Jumeirah Jabal Omar provided us with an excellent experience, combining luxury, comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Makkah.

I had a pleasant stay at Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah during my visit for umrah in summer. The hotel enjoys an excellent location within the Abraj Al Bait complex and really convenient access to Masjid al-Haram and nearby amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, Swissotel Al Maqam Makkah provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and it is really ma great choice for pilgrims visiting the holy city.

The reception area and the number of staff are completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The staff themselves are friendly, but the waiting time to check into the rooms is far too long.

One of the best things about this hotel is its location, it's just a short walk from Al Haram, which made everything so convenient. 1. My stay at this hotel in Makkah was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I have had. Everything was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the cheerful attitude of the staff and the warmth of their hospitality. Their kindness and dedication genuinely make you feel happy and welcomed from the very first moment. They go above and beyond to serve guests and make the stay as smooth and comfortable as possible, especially the reception team, who were incredibly professional, helpful, and courteous. 2. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the room was absolutely amazing—beautiful, comfortable, and prepared to a very high standard. 3. One of the most outstanding features of this hotel, especially if you choose the Gold stay option, is the private prayer area overlooking the Kaaba. This is truly a remarkable privilege, as it allows you to perform all your prayers in a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. In addition, there is a private entrance and dedicated elevators that take you directly to the Haram, which adds an exceptional level of convenience and comfort to the entire experience. 4. The afternoon lounge was also excellent, both in terms of atmosphere and service. I was especially impressed by the female staff there, who were highly dedicated, respectful, modest, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. 5. In short, this was a truly memorable stay in every way. My sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. I will definitely stay at this hotel again many times in the future, and they have my warmest regards and gratitude.

Love the stay, *************. Very helpful receptionist Reem, she allowed me to check in early. The housekeeping staff, Mizan was kind and attentive. The bellman, i forgot his name, was very professional and i truly appreciate the warm service. 10-12 min walk to gate 79 (during my visit). Don’t forget to bring an umbrella especially during the day.

I was with a group of nine, including three small children. The room was quite spacious, and there was even room to cook. The facilities listed '4 beds,' but we only got 3 beds. However, that was okay because we had a great bellboy, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast had many options and could be brought to the room if packed (not on plates). There was a kind attendant who didn't limit our breakfast portions, so all 8-9 of us could eat our fill... this was really helpful, haha! The location is super close, a straight walk directly to the Kaaba entrance.

The hotel location is bit far from Masjidil Haram. The room and view are wonderful. The amenities are also provided as per guess requirement. But, the mattress is medium to hard, not suitable for me.

She was a wonderful example of dedicated nationals who go above and beyond to serve the guests of God (referring to pilgrims or visitors to holy sites) with such warmth, cheerfulness, and excellent service. My thanks also go to the buffet staff and our Saudi coffee server, Abdulmajeed, and the rest of the team. Thanks to everyone for a truly unique experience!
