Samama Almaqam Ajyad Hotel Makkah

The rooms are very small, and there are only two elevators, which are not enough for all the hotel guests. The elevators are also very small and barely have enough space for two people with luggage.
The floors and hallways were very dirty and not well maintained.
I would not recommend this hotel for families, elderly people, or guests traveling with children. It is also not very convenient for walking to the Kaaba, especially for elderly people or families with children.

The shuttle service needs improvement, especially for those coming for pilgrimage or wanting to go to the Haram Mosque. The area is poorly covered by public transport. Only one bus is used, which makes the return journey difficult.

Nur Safitrah
The room was comfortable and the amenities were quite complete. There is no free shuttle bus to the Haram. The hotel next door provides a shuttle bus to the Haram. To get to the Haram, take bus number 4 from the stop near the hotel or take a taxi for 40 SAR.
