The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and speak excellent English. The breakfast here is absolutely fantastic, I'd even call it a lunch! My room overlooked the garden, with a small bungalow-style table right outside the window. The building itself is made of foam blocks, so it stays cool; concrete takes longer to heat up. The fridge is huge, perfect for storing lots of fruit and water. It's right next to Na Baan Pier, and scooter parking is free. If you rent a scooter, make sure to video record it, noting all existing scratches! I give the hotel and staff a 5+++. You can enjoy unlimited tea and coffee! There's also a gate nearby for direct access to the sea. They even let me check in early! The owner explained everything about the mini-bar in the fridge, with prices clearly listed. I paid a 100 baht deposit, and he checked everything and returned it promptly.

I can't understand how this hotel got such a high rating.
They don't respond to emails.
They don't answer questions on the Trip.com chat.
Our booking was mixed up. We booked a 'Sweet' room, but they had us down for a 'DeLuxe' for some reason. The price was roughly the same when we booked. We asked to switch rooms (at check-in) and were moved from DeLuxe #3 to Sweet #2 for an additional 700 baht!
I then asked to change from room #2 to #1. They said it was already booked. I pointed out that when booking, you only select the room type, not a specific room number. They got flustered... but still insisted that room #2 was the only option.
For anyone booking: the best rooms with views from the window and the top deck are DeLuxe #1 and Sweet #1.
The room wasn't clean; there was trash lying around. An empty chip bag was in the bin. This isn't just dirtiness – it's an indicator of poor standards. There was a used towel on the hanger. No bathrobes were provided.
The top floor was sandy everywhere, including on the sun loungers. I guess they're trying to create a beach atmosphere :)
The windows were dirty. The bathtub was worn.
The air conditioning was noisy.
They only give you one key card. If you leave the card in the slot when you step out of the room (e.g., to your own top floor), the door locks behind you (and you can't open it from the outside). If you take the card out, when you close the door, the electricity cuts off, with all the consequences – AC turns off, phones stop charging, etc.
I asked for a second key card, but they refused. This is just ridiculous... they're cutting corners on AC... and on their reputation.
As an option, you could bring an extension cord and plug it into the 'refrigerator' outlet :)
Seriously... it's the 21st century.
Overall, it's a so-so hotel. For this price, I think there are much better options. Its location, yes, is good. I understand the laid-back nature of the Thais, but there's a limit. I don't want to stress out on vacation, and who does!
So, weighing all the pros and cons, the cons definitely outweigh the pros. I don't know about you, but we are definitely not coming back here. Especially for that money... there are genuinely decent options nearby. And my peace of mind is more important!
Breakfasts... were decent. There's a tasty build-your-own soup with a rice base and meat (meatballs), mushrooms, various toppings, etc. A small bowl of fruit and a tiny bowl of yogurt with 3-4 blueberries and 2-3 kiwi slices. They also bring a plated portion with an omelet or two fried eggs, two sausages, two pieces of bacon, two small triangular pieces of sausage, etc.
Overall, breakfast was more or less okay.
There were no issues with the transfer from the hotel to Na Ban Pier. We took the ferry departing at 9:30 AM. The trip to Bali Hai Pier took 30 minutes. After a couple of ferries sank, they now seem to be counting passengers and trying to avoid overloading.

The hotel is pretty small and simple. Clean enough to live comfortably. Free motorbike was a nice touch. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. My main disappointment though was with the location. Koh Larn (coral Island) was indeed quiet and comfy, but it barely had any corals, most of the reef was dead and in pieces. Probably too many tourists or has to do with too many boats and jetskis zooming around the island. There was also too much trash on the beaches (we've tried all of them and only a couple of them were clean). Parasailing was lame, heights nowhere near exciting and it finished within 5 minutes. All in all, best to get a snorkeling tour on other islands or try parasailing or jetskis elsewhere. It's cheaper and more fun

Anonymous UserExcellent hotel. At first glance, we were a bit disappointed that the hotel was far from the main beach, but within a couple of minutes, we realized this was actually a huge advantage: it had its own fantastic, clean cove, with far fewer day-trippers coming to the island. The staff was very pleasant, and the room and view were wonderful. Breakfast was nothing special, but decent. They provide a scooter for use during your stay and transfer to and from the ferry. The room was clean, but some areas, like the bathroom, were a bit worn. It has its own private beach, and you don't have to pay for sun loungers. The only downside is that the water in the room is salty.

Guest UserExcellent hotel. Probably the best on this beach. And even though I didn't particularly enjoy Koh Larn island due to the crazy daytime hustle and bustle, this hotel totally saved my mood. Wonderful guest welcome, amazing pool area, their own free sun loungers on the beach, and a fantastic breakfast delivered to the room. Trust me, it's worth paying a little more than at neighboring hotels for that feeling of exclusivity.

We stayed at the hotel in March. It's a very good, simple hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower and toilet were standard. It's perfect for a 1-4 day stay. The bed linen is good (cotton), and you get two pillows per person. Beach towels are provided. Their food is genuinely delicious! I'm not talking about breakfast here, but the à la carte menu (Tom Yum is top-notch). The beach is superb; since the hotel is almost at the very end of the beach, not many people venture that far. It's about a 10-minute walk to 7/11. Regarding sun loungers, they're 100 baht all along the beach. However, the hotel has its own comfortable, seated lounge chairs (the kind you'd pay for if you walked further down the beach). There are also foldable ones, but you have to pay for those even as a hotel guest. As for noise: our room was on the second floor at the very end, and we didn't hear a thing.
In the evenings, each hotel along the beach has daily parties with music, fire shows, etc. I really enjoyed it!
To get to the hotel, you need to go to Tawaen Pier. Ferries costing 30 baht per person run to it from 8 AM to 1 PM. Alternatively, you can take a speedboat for 150 baht per person.

The place was clean and the staff provided excellent service. They offer a shuttle service from the pier to the property. The room was spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning. The shower pressure in the bathroom was a bit weak, and turning on the water heater seemed to draw a lot of power from the room's electricity. However, overall it was fine. Breakfast included congee, bread, and various drinks. The property is conveniently located near a 7-Eleven, just a quick motorbike ride away. They also offer motorbike rentals for 300 baht per night, with fuel included. Aside from the minor bathroom issues, everything else was great. It's clean and peaceful.
