"The room was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I got a room on the 5th floor with a great view. The noise inside the building wasn't loud, but noise from outside could still reach the room. The room was fully stocked. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel is located in a community, easy to find, and there's a 7-11 nearby. I highly recommend it.🥰🥰"

Guest UserThe staff provided good service, parking was convenient, and the food was delicious. I stayed on the 6th and checked out on the 7th, but the room walls were thin. I could hear people snoring in the next room, people walking around, and doors opening all night. Even after checking into my room at 3 PM, I could still hear cleaning (in other rooms) and there was a cat meowing loudly all night (maybe they allow pets). Early in the morning, around 3 AM, when it should have been quiet, there was very loud music coming from outside the building, around the vicinity. I'm not sure where it was coming from, but it sounded like a speaker from a festival or a public address system. It was quite a bad experience.

The hotel is located in the city center. There is a lot of parking. The staff is good. They opened an umbrella to pick up the car on a rainy day. The room is clean. The air conditioner cools very quickly. In the room, there is a hair dryer, soap, shampoo. There are no slippers. There are 2 layers of curtains. When closed, it is very dark.

JesustongzGreat hotel—clean, with a comfortable, soft bed and cool air conditioning. The shower has strong water pressure, and the breakfast is delicious. There are also plenty of nice spots around the hotel for taking photos. The location is excellent. Overall, highly recommended.

Pritepipe PipeThe room was spacious, and the staff were attentive. However, parking was an issue. We arrived during the rainy season, and with a small child, it was quite a struggle. The hotel is a bit old but not dilapidated. Overall, I'd give it a 90 out of 100. I have to deduct points for the old smell from the pillows and the carpet in the room. Other than that, it was acceptable. The housekeeper was lovely and even gave balloons to our child. The chef at the restaurant was also friendly and good with kids. The food selection was a bit limited; my family mostly stuck to the egg dishes.

Joanna7The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship.
I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.

Clean room, and easy access, but the wi-fi on the 5th floor was a total disaster. Basically didn't work most of the time, and when it did give a signal, it was one-bar, glacial speed - totally unable to do anything with it). If you need to do any work on your computer, this is not the hotel to stay at. Also, the shower head in the bathroom was very low, hard for a six foot foreigner to have a good shower. The breakfast was your standard Thai breakfast, with boiled rice soup and fried rice, and fried eggs, etc. - perfectly adequate but nothing to write home about. The best part is the location, right across the street from a lovely park, which is actually operated by the Thai Army - with bike lanes, walking areas, etc. and very clean. and a huge lake.

Guest UserI was incredibly impressed from the moment I got out of the car; the staff were so welcoming. And I even won the lottery with my room number! LOL! This place brought me good luck. I wish I could stay for a week. When I come back, this is definitely where I'll be staying – I've fallen in love with it!
