Cleanliness was excellent — the house was spotless on arrival, which we really appreciated. Location is decent overall and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.
That said, the facilities side was a mixed bag for us. We were assigned one of the houses far from the pool, which meant a long walk or a car ride to get there — so we didn't really get to use it. The house itself was very basic: no fan or aircon in the living room/kitchen area, and no breakfast included. For 4,000+ baht a night, that felt like a steep price for what you actually get.
To be fair, we booked over a long weekend when options were limited, so the rate was probably inflated. Fine stay overall, but I'd think twice at this price point and would definitely ask about which house you're getting before booking.
