Guest UserThe room was generally clean, but there were long hairs on the floor, presumably left by a previous guest. I was given a top-floor sea-view room, directly facing the ocean, perfect for watching the sunset from inside. The seaside promenade is right downstairs. Typical Marriott issue in Turkey, breakfast was just okay, not as grand as at the Wyndham Grand hotels in Turkey. It's a bit of a walk from the metro and tram stations, but not a big deal. It's close to the Agora ruins, Kemeraltı Bazaar, and the Clock Tower, all within walking distance. There's also the Konak Pier mall right next to the hotel, by the sea, which is convenient for a quick meal or coffee.

It could be just this once, but I don't know if it's the person I'm sharing the room with, but the room smelled really bad, so I was thinking of staying a few more nights in Izmir, but I escaped as soon as I finished my stay. The shower room is a bit small and all, but everything else was okay, but the room smelled really bad, and the pillow and blanket smelled like it had seeped into them, even the ones I received when I first got them. It could just be that it happened when I stayed there, but I'm worried so I don't think I'll go back. Still, everything else wasn't bad, and there were a lot of cute cats.

The hotel is located down a narrow alley, and there are very few parking spaces right outside. The staff were great though; they'd take our car to be parked elsewhere and bring it back to the hotel whenever we needed it. The room facilities were a bit old, but clean and tidy.

I went back to this wonderful hotel, this time with my wife, and had a great stay.
Their breakfast is rather basic but the location and ambience is amazing. Reception was a great help showing me how to book intercity bus rides online.

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2.
The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops.
The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area.
Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive.
That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

Emin GuluzadeGreat stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is convenient for getting around Izmir. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Guest UserWe only stayed here for one night but thought it was amazing and great value for money. the staff are so hospitable and helpful & there’s amazing spaces to hang out in the hotel. Room was clean and comfy. The bartender Yasin is great fun, provides an excellent service and makes you feel so welcome, it was nice to briefly get to know him. Breakfast is incredible and so fresh.

Aside from its proximity to the subway and train stations, it offers virtually no advantages!
The room had a strong, unpleasant odor and poor ventilation. The toilet required climbing a 30cm step, and the bathroom light was broken, making it completely dark.
Breakfast was extremely basic, consisting only of dry bread and a few slices of sausage. The Wi-Fi was also broken and completely unusable… Ugh.

Mr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs.
He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.
The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)
Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.
The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.
You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.
There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports.
If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
