"Our room was beautifully spacious and comfortably furnished. The service staff were attentive and readily available, though communicating in English was occasionally difficult. We would have liked more lighting in the rooms. Occasionally, there was a smell of sewage in the corridors. Breakfast wasn't bad, but it didn't taste very fresh. The location was good, not too far from the main attractions. The pool was 1.45m deep and not particularly large; it was only suitable for a quick dip. As per hotel policy, guests are required to purchase a swimming cap for 150 TL. In my opinion, it's not recommendable if swimming is a priority for you. The hotel gym was equally small. I would only consider rebooking for a short stay."

GGuest UserI stayed at the hotel for three days to explore Izmir. The hotel is located right next to Basmane Station, and all the attractions are within walking distance. I really liked the hotel's authenticity; it has so many interesting details and decorations. My room was quiet, with hot water and heating. The breakfast was delicious, and they offered lunch too, with the daily menu posted in the elevator. The bed had a comfortable mattress, and I appreciated the thick duvet – I don't like thin ones. The curtains were also nice and thick. There was a fridge (with a minibar) and a kettle in the room. My stay was as comfortable as possible!

GGuest UserBeautiful boutique hotel set right in the marketplace... took awhile to find this oasis and it was a delight! The courtyard was a quaint dining area and we got to witness a beautiful wedding and a live band. Made the experience extra special. The room is not entirely soundproof if you are sensitive to sound.

GGuest UserThe hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2.
The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops.
The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area.
Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive.
That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

EEmin GuluzadeGreat stay! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is convenient for getting around Izmir. Overall, an excellent experience and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWe only stayed here for one night but thought it was amazing and great value for money. the staff are so hospitable and helpful & there’s amazing spaces to hang out in the hotel. Room was clean and comfy. The bartender Yasin is great fun, provides an excellent service and makes you feel so welcome, it was nice to briefly get to know him. Breakfast is incredible and so fresh.

GGuest UserÑice place, very comfy bed, breakfast was included with the room ☺️, totally a bargain for what I paid. I ended up missing the breakfast due to the fact that the mattress was so comfortable that I ended up to oversleep. The people at the reception were kind and understanding as I checked out 30min later.

The hotel location is good, at the city center, it is walking distance to Basmane Otogar (both metro and train) and local bus stop. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery shops.
The room is new, spacious and clean. The bathroom is modern whereby its fittings are good and convenient.
The front desk staff is helpful to advise transport information.

GGuest UserMr Osman from the reception made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was very kind, friendly and always attentive to my needs.
He kept my luggage safe for me before I checked in and after I checked out.
The breakfast was moderately good with delicious fried vegetables and fried eggs. There were choice of bread too ( simit and brown bread)
Mr Osman was helpful in guiding me around the city.
The hotel is near to Basmane Metro station and you can use this line for Izban.
You can also go to Izmir otogar ( izmir bus station) directly by bus. You need 302 it comes every 10-15 mins. Ther bus stop is near Basmane train station near the mosque.
There is also a Tramvay to Konak port if you prefer to travel by ferry and to other ports.
If Mr Osman is there again I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
