My dream was to live on the shore of the ocean. This little door to the beach created so many bright emotions. Breakfast in the room is just a masterpiece. The terrace with ocean view, where the sun always does not get very comfortable and the sea breeze makes it cool. Fantastic landscapes. All this was thanks to you Millie and your team.
We only regret one thing - our holiday was short for you. But we got everything we dreamed of.

AANAR29Es un hotel nuevo, cuidado y con todos los detalles. Se nota el gusto con el que se ha diseñado y el servicio cuida mucho que sus huéspedes estén contentos y tengan lo que necesitan. Viajamos en familia y la villa estaba perfectamente preparada con 2 habitaciones, 2 baños y mucho espacio. Todas estaban alrededor de 2 piscinas, en un palmeral y perfecto para descansar. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio con lo suficiente para practicar deporte y los masajes son totalmente recomendables. Yo fui 2 veces y las chicas que lo dan consiguen que te relajes al 100%.
El único punto negativo es que no está a pie de playa pero en 5 minutos andando puedes llegar a la playa y para nosotros eso no era un problema. Si quieres, tienen un transporte que te lleva cuando necesitas a sus 2 hoteles ”hermanos” a pie de playa y donde puedes utilizar sus instalaciones...Los hoteles están a menos de 5 minutos en transporte...y también se puede ir andando
Nosotros estuvimos muy contentos y repetiríamos la experiencia.

GGuest UserThe employees are very kind. There is no air conditioner, but I was able to sleep because the wind passed through. Mosquito nets are essential. It feels like sleeping in a bungalow in a campsite. It is a superb view in front of the beach.

У нас произошла крайне неприятная и не допустимая ситуация, знакомая женщина работающего персонала в этом отеле ,владелица маленького кафе «Dida» по имени Ruth обманула нас, кинула на деньги- это у нас называется обман и воровство!
Она предложила нас отвезти в Джозани манки Форест, мы договорились, что поедем на маленькой старой машине и экскурсия под ключ, обойдется нам с подругой - это туда и обратно , плюс входные билеты 50$!.
По дороге мы заехали в аптеку тк я болела и накануне Ruth вечером приходила в отель и дала таблетку те мы вели переписку и доброжелательно общались.
Утром она зашла за нами в отель и мы с ее сестрой вчетвером поехали в парк обезьян, на заправке они остановились и попросили оплатить сразу - мы отдали купюру 50$ , которую заранее приготовили , но Ruth сказала , что нет размена и чтоб мы дали еще денег - 30.000 шиллингов и что обратно она разменяет и вернёт их нам.вернет.
На экскурсии мы гуляли все вместе , все было хорошо, по возвращению она не отдала наши деньги , мы спросили можно ли вернуть сдачу она сказала : «Я разменяю и вечером вам в отель их занесу !»
На этом она стала нас игнорить и больше не отвечала.
Вечером мы пошли сами в ее кафе, там ее не было, мы просили оставить наши деньги на ресепшн раз они там все друзья, но тоже ничего.
Мы написали, что утром уезжаем и нужно успеть забрать, снова игнор.
Мы услышали крики и вышли из отеля там сбоку было кафе где сидела ее сестра и сильно ругалась, она была очень пьяна и ничего не понимала, мы поняли , что она нам не поможет и пошли опять в кафе искать Ruth, просили рабочих по кафе помочь нам, отвезти к ней и объясняли ситуацию , все делали вид,что ничего не понимаю и не знают, в итоге за нами приехало такси мы обратились за помощью к персоналу отеля на ресепшен, с просьбой позвонить ей и решить проблему ибо они всем там общаются , знают друг друга и видели как она к нам приходила и что мы уехали с ней.
Администратор позвонила и она начала кричать в трубку и говорить ,что мы обзываем ее с сестрой , хотя такого не было, мы общались только по переписке и она сохранена !
Далее админ сказала : что ничего она не вернет вам,что она решила с вас взять за бензин ! Те нас обманули и обворовали!
С таким потребительским отношением, обманом и переобуванием на ходу за такие деньги никто не будет летать на Занзибар.
Я не планирую терпеть обман и отдавать свои деньги какой-то наглой женщине, кот позволяет себе хамство и конечно в своей стране расскажу об этой ситуацией чтоб люди не прилетали и не попадали в такую ситуацию !
