AAndreaThe staff saw that all of our needs were met quickly. The microwave was downstairs, they had to bring us a refrigerator and the pool was not clean. But we had a lovely stay and they comped us a beautiful breakfast the next morning

GGuest UserEvery hotel I've stayed at this was the worst. The first room I was in the curtain was hanging down. I couldn't call the front office, because it was not a phone in the room. So I had to walk down the, it was a far way for me no elevator. The young lady at the front office was very helpful and nice. She said I'll move you to another room. Got to the second room the security latch was loose, you really needed the maintenance person to come and fix it. Well they don't have maintenance at night. So the young lady said, I'll try and tighten it, she couldn't because she didn't have the right tools. She tried getting me to another room, by then I was frustrated, I told her thank you for everything. I don't think I would have scheduled another night but it was to late. I was so disappointed.

GGuest UserIt has a nice environment in an elegant jungle, but it's a pity that it's next to the highway and a bit noisy. The waiter's attitude is good, but the efficiency is too slow. Maybe we are asking too much.

GGuest UserIt’s was an enjoyable experience, every where was neat and cordial. Nice ambiance, staffs where exceptional especially the staff Anya she was amazing,a life saver and friendly. But I wasn’t satisfied with the buffet breakfast service.

GGuest UserOur air conditioner didn't work. When I reported it, they came to the room quickly. She couldn't fix it, stated she would look for a new room but never followed up by 10:00, we decided just to stay. At checkout, when I asked for a reduction in price for room, I was told it would have to be handled by the third party I booked through. Now I'm trying to figure out how to contact trip.com.

CCathyThe place was amazing. The employees were awesome, very friendly and courteous. The only thing I didn’t like was check in time was at 4 o’clock, but it was conveniently located for Stone Mountain and we got an Van service from the Hotel to take us to the laser light show which saved us a lot of time in travel And Eddie was our driver and he was amazing

LLinny ReeceThis by far is my favorite place to stay in Lithonia. The staff is very pleasant. The housekeeping staff greets you every morning with big smiles and sometimes a few jokes. The managers are so nice and really make you feel welcome to this small quant hidden gem of Lithonia.
