The house sits southwest of Kennebunk center, a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, or the library in this beautiful, flower adorned historic town. 5 spots for breakfast, 9 for lunch and 5 for dinner are in walking distance to the house, with the natural foods store a block away. Activities like bowling, pickleball, Saturday summer crafts fair, a farmers market, and ice skating in winter are less than a half mile walk. Several amazing beaches (Parsons, Mother's, Gooch’s, Drakes Island in Wells) are a 6-15 minute drive or a 15-30 minute bike ride away. Two (2) Kennebunk beach parking passes are provided for your convenience!In Spring 2022, we installed a new cedar outdoor shower and shaded backyard patio for relaxing at home. At the end of the day, gather around the fire pit with friends and sleep well on our new, deep memory foam mattresses. Air conditioning throughout the house will cool you on hot summer nights.
