The hotel was clean and very near to pinnacle bank which was where my family member’s graduation was held.
The staff were all very friendly as well.
Parking is available in the garage opposite the hotel for $23 per day.

Guest UserSuperior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

The most outstanding part about this hotel is the employees. From beginning to end they were patient and simply delightful. Not an easy task when it was graduation weekend and there were a lot of people and a lot of demands. Truly, I cannot say enough about the service.

The location was great as were amenities. Cleanliness could have been a little better. A towel was dirty and hair was found on a clean towel. Breakfast was great except the eggs were very cold.

Very nice hotel I loved the jetted tub in the bathroom. I was shocked being so close the interstate our room was still quiet and peaceful. Most definitely will stay here again!

Guest UserI love the fitness room, the free cancellation of the room, and the location. The only thing was the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out, so I cleaned it out myself. I just like cleanliness when I stay at hotels. More breakfast options, especially healthier options and I’m just comparing this to other hotels with free continental breakfast. Would have liked to have seen hard-boiled eggs or scrambled, bananas, oatmeal was not available as I believe they were out. But I was thankful for the continental breakfast because any free food is wonderful so thank you! I will definitely recommend it and will be back.

This is one of 2 places we stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip so we’ve stayed several times in the past because of the value. The furniture in our room was beaten up and needs replaced, the water pressure in the shower was bad and water wasn’t hot enough for me, but we managed. All in all, this is a good place to stay if you’re not picky about decor as it was clean, just needs some updating. We’ll most likely stay here again since it’s suite type rooms giving extra space to wrap the gifts I buy and the price is decent.

Donna BolaniPlace was clean. Desk staff and room cleaner polite and helpful. No hot tub as shown on your site. They have removed it. Price was very good.Good location. Room cleaned daily...Breakfast was basic.
