XXiaoprincessxiaoPaid extra for parking and breakfast, plus a service charge that I didn't notice when booking. Everything else was fine. The hotel is right across from In-N-Out, and there are lots of restaurants nearby, so the location is very convenient. We even drove to a Korean supermarket.
DDongdaiwangyiThe hotel is quite large, but the room conditions and service are just average. The window AC unit is noisy. Breakfast and the pool are barely better than what you'd find at a similar-class hotel in China. There are no chopsticks in the restaurant, despite a large number of Chinese and Indian guests, and the hotel doesn't seem inclined to make any adaptive changes. Overall, it's comparable to a budget hotel in China.
AAnonymous UserVery comfortable, spacious room, very clean.
The parking environment downstairs is also very good.
The breakfast is good, and there is also coffee at the front desk during non-meal time.
The location is good, it takes about 20 minutes to drive to other cities in the Bay Area, which can be said to be in the middle.
I highly recommend staying here for business trips, and it is cost-effective.
EeM.MReally spacious room, with well equipped kitchen angle, microwave and hairdryer. Huge comfortable bed. Nice choice of snacks for breakfast. The underground garage is a plus, however charged additionally $10/day, despite leaving car outside in the sun or underground. In the reception you can get help if you will be licky enough to spot younger people, as the ones from the other shift are not keen to answer you good morning.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a good location. The twin room is bigger and also has a small refrigerator and microwave, which is convenient. There are many choices for breakfast, including coffee, milk, and fruit. Breakfast is very important when you go out. I am satisfied. The underground parking lot costs $9 per day. I stayed for two nights and got one night free. I was happy. I didn't book the same room type. Since I had to go out early the next morning, I communicated with the front desk and quickly arranged early check-out and check-in. It was great. Recommended to stay.
GGuest UserI stay here every time. The front desk is very welcoming and the people living here are all visiting families from nearby technology companies. It is not a business hotel and is very safe in a residential area. There is a large supermarket across the street, so it is very convenient to buy water and fruit.
GGuest UserThe young woman, who greeted us at check-in, was apathetic. Our favorite room was occupied so we asked for another quiet room. She gave us room 226.
The next morning, we were startled out of sleep by an employee with a leaf blower below our window-definitely not quiet.
The hotel was not full. She could’ve put us on a side of the building that wouldn’t see the leaf blower until later but she chose to place us where we would we be greeted first thing in the morning by an obnoxiously loud sound.
The night before, the people above us were stomping around until 1ish in the morning. The sleep number bed had trouble holding pressure on one side.
The only upside was an improved breakfast: scrambled eggs instead of microwave egg patties, breakfast potatoes instead of hash browns, everything else was the same.
GGuest UserVery clean and the service staff are also very nice. Although breakfast is charged, coffee and lemonade are self-service. The fruit said 1 yuan per piece, but I had to pay for it, and the waiter said it would be given to me for free.
The environment is also good. There are many restaurants across the road and the shopping mall is not far away. Overall, I am very satisfied.
The only downside is that the air conditioner is too noisy, but given the weather in CA, it's okay not to turn it on. Some passengers were talking loudly at the front desk in the middle of the night, which was quite noisy.
AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and tidy, the service is very satisfactory, the facilities are well-equipped, the breakfast is delicious, it is a good hotel accommodation choice for business trips and family trips!
