wonderful experience. it was the second time booked this hotel with such a nice view and decent balcony i highly recommended to you to stay. may visit next time when i might stay in Brighton.

Had a 1 night stay which had a great marina right outside with many restaurants across it. Unfortunately, we didn’t go on the best day but the area definitely made up for it. Had to get a taxi to the pier as its a fair walk away but only costs around £7 or there is a bus stop right outside. Overall had a great stay and the room was quite small but very comfortable :)

Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely room with fantastic view of the marina.

The location is very convenient, but the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. Also, the lighting in the room is very dark, making it almost impossible to read or work. I hope it can be improved~~~~~~~~

I came to stay for a couple of days to escape from the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable but that’s about the only positive I can say. The service was at a btec level- no mention of where the restaurant is, how to navigate around the hotel nor did the even tell me my room number or any of the hotel protocols in regards to room service, checking out etc. it was quite clear the man did not like his job and when ever I went past reception he was just on his phone. There was an incident where I requested food to be delivered to my room which he denied and upon collecting the food I heard him talking about me to his colleague- which was incredibly rude and awkward (I’m happy to go into more detail if requested) the room was dusty, light bulbs needed replacing and some of the fixtures were very worn. I understand I wasn’t staying in the savoy however I’ve stayed in many hotels of the same calibre with much better service. Very disappointed and will never return and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there unless it’s a last resort.

Great stay and great customer service at Malmaison. Was booked in for 2 nights but had to leave a day early due to a family issue. Even though booked through a third party Malmaison refunded my payment for the second night. Too many companies refuse to do this now. I will be returning.

No heating working The fridge ( that was the reason we booked this particular hotel ) didn't work either Reception did not pick up the phone once. I witheld payment would like you to complain. Thanks

The hotel is a bit tired but staff friendly and breakfast was nice. A bit noisy and built in a concrete jungle of other properties which made arrival at night not very inspiring. But first thing in the morning some nice views out across the marina.

Not really the usual malmaison standard in my opinion. The communal areas of the hotel were tired with broken lifts, patches of worn carpet and damaged wall finishes. Our room was also slightly tired with damaged fixtures and very mouldy shower tray and grout.

Brilliant stay - we upgraded to a seaview room and the view was well worth it. Lovely staff, very comfortable rooms and great location. Free parking was also a bonus. Lots of places on site but also easy to get into Brighton on foot or by bus.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Connor at reception was very friendly, very helpful a very knowledgeable. Great room with a balcony looking over Brighton Marina.

The hotel gave me European vibes. Clean, tidy, nice bar and room had a little balcony over the marina which was wicked. It is a good location to grab a taxi, bus or even walk into Brighton. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. I would stay again and would recommend it.

Ideal for business trips. Nice location and professional. This is the 4th hotel in the area I've recently been at for work purposes and the best for it. Malmaison Oxford is a nice restaurant too. I haven't been to Brighton since I was a baby so can't remember visiting but this hotel is good if needing something more efficient. The other hotels in the area aren't as good. Good WiFi, restaurant and bar, nice room and good views by the waterfront.
