Refurbishing is happening right outside our room with shouting and banging waking us up. Lift to the "main building" wasn't working and we tried to contact the staff by pressing the alarm following the instructions in the lift but staff was unable to help us despite us shouting thru the intercom. No other signs or instructions on how to get down to the front desk. When we finally figured out how to get two elderly family members and two large suitcases down. Two of the staff looked up at me, only one (the female staff) acknowledged me with a hi and both went back to look at their computer screens. I basically have to ask if anyone was going to help me before the male staff raise his voice at me and told me I was being unreasonable because he was only looking at his screen for a second. But why do I have to make my presence known to get help from the staff when I'm standing right in front of them? They choose to look at their screens rather than help me.

room was big and nice, breakfast was very good and hotel is very close to train station. early checkin was a nice surprise.

Good size on the room, but it’s rather old fashioned. Nothing wrong with that ofc, unless the water pressure came from 1969. Very easy access to train station. Currently facade is getting a revamp.

I booked this hotel in order to participate in a nearby exhibition. The hotel is generally quite satisfactory and has a retro style. The elevator door needs to be opened manually, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of breads, smoked ham, cheese, and milk drinks with cereals. The smoked salmon is very popular, as well as foie gras, fried mushrooms and scrambled eggs are very delicious. The room is a little small, but the heated bathroom floor is amazing! Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room broke down on the first day, but the hotel staff replaced it with a new one the next day and gave me two bar coupons to compensate for the damaged food. The price is just enough to cover two meals, and it’s also quite delicious. The hotel's exterior was being renovated when I checked in, so it was a pity that I didn't see the complete exterior.

The hotel is 3 minutes' walk from the train station. Although it is older, it is clean, the service is warm, and everything is good.

The hotel I often stay in when I'm on a business trip is convenient for transportation and shopping and dining nearby.

Being allocated in the annex building is not very convenient. The room is also very small and the facilities are very old. My colleagues had a much better experience in the main building. This store is opposite the Malmö train station. The advantage is that it is in a very good location. It is very convenient for visiting Malmö and taking the train to Copenhagen.
