Very helpful with checking in, had issues with another competitor and assisted with another booking site that made it extremely easy to book & stay. Comfortable rooms, multiple options for shopping and dining & Very close to express ways. Best option for the value.

I really like this hotel, it's a shame that there is no real breakfast. It lacks everything. The room staff is very friendly. Funny Haitian ladies with big hearts. And always ready to help.
