I love it here the pool is so amazing jacuzzi was very clean heated the pool is also heated and clean the rooms was very amazing smell good and clean the beds are so big and comfortable clean sheets clean pillow I literally didn't want to leave the hotel I stay a extra two nights just because I loved it so much and it was very relaxing then I'm around all the stores you can name like Walmart Target it's right by the mall where I went shopping I will recommend anyone to come here and stay

For this to have been the Holiday inn very disturbing and disappointing the conditions of the place are terrible my room wasn't properly cleaned left the old soap in the tub and dirt ring the heater/air conditioner wouldn't cut off and it made a horrible noise so you couldn't get a comfortable sleep the cable didn't work and there wasn't any breakfast the pool hot tub area was completely disrespectful. Computer was down so it was just a terrible display of service and conditions for the holiday inn and Trip just terrible wasn't expecting that

This hotel definitely was not the cleanest. Also not sure if there was a huge party booked here but the halls were full of unsupervised children spilling ice all over and red drinks on the floor. The pool area was trashed from the big group. Nothing was cleaned up from the day before by the next morning. The shower head was gross-so much buildup of all colors. The couch looked like it could have been wiped down at least. On the plus side, the gentleman at the front desk for check in was very pleasant, and the bed was comfortable.

Myself and my children had a one bedroom suite . The first issue we had , the tub would not drain at all which is upsetting because after swimming a shower is needed . But the worst part is, I heard loud running water , when I went to check out what the sound was , there was water pouring out of the vent in the ceiling of the bathroom ! Not just dripping , but flooding out ! It was very unsanitary and very inconvenient to have a flooded unsafe bathroom !!! Not very pleased at all with this

It says on the site breakfast and when you arrive not only is there no breakfast there isn’t even coffee. They charge a price through a second party service ( *******) and charge a $100 fee that is refundable a country’s after checkout. Assuming the rates are what the email states they refund the $100 then charge another $68 after the initial price. I travel a lot and will never stay at this scamming hotel AGAIN!! Not to mention the pool area has leaks all through the area and the pool is nasty. Stay Away!!

Staff wasn’t the friendliest, hallways and bedroom had a funky smell but wasn’t awful. The pool area was incredibly over packed with kids, which was disappointing since we didn’t even get to use the pool or hot tub which was a big reason for us staying.

I Checked in to look at room before I was to grab any of my gear.When i got to room temp was 65 turned to 70 unit started up then shut off that happend 4 straight times with no heat coming out.went to front desk told them the problem that I wanted a refund .I was at front desk fo over half hour clerk said she was not able to refund any money . But manager would contact me next day to refund still no body has called me Back.Called ******* on matter still have not received a penny back on my credit card.

The only problem was lack of cleaning staff on weekend. Couldn't keep up with laundry and towels. Other than that it was a good stay. Pool and hot tub were nice

The hotel was unable to provide key cards that worked to open room doors. They said that the programming part for the key cards wouldn’t work. Every time we needed to get into our room we had to wait for an employee to come up and unlock it. They only had one employee on during the evening and night hours so we were left waiting up to 25 minutes to get into our rooms. The employees were very nice and trying to do their best but they were very understaffed and the GM wouldn’t do anything to help. There were no pool towels, all floors were wet and very slippery, the hallways and elevator area were dirty. My friend slipped and fell on the wet floor and had to be taken to the ER. GM was blaming him for falling, saying there was nothing she could do for him. Employees were very nice and trying to do their jobs but getting no help from management. Rooms were clean and comfortable but wouldn’t take the chance of staying here again. I’d give the actual staff a 5 stars for doing everything they could to help the guests but would give management zero stars for not stepping up and figuring out how to fix the key card issue.

The room was right by the elevators. You can hear people talking as if they are right in your room. Very noisy rooms. Phone to call front desk would not actually call front desk when the button is pressed.

They didn't offer breakfast, a group of teens running around the building, hair on the beds as if it was never changed. I was not happy at all with the stay. I will also be contacting corporate. When i checked out they gave me a receipt with charges on it and could not explain.
