The room was so small. You hardly move around and you dont get much of anything other then a clean room. It is on a good location but there is a construction going on and things get some messy and confusing.

The location is great but this hotel does not provide water,coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste. Most of the hotel receptionists were not accommodating. They did not even greet when guests arrive. I wouldn't reccomend staying in this hotel.

Good value for money. Everything was correct, with very good treatment and a very good location, just a few minutes walk from The Grand Place

1. Location: It’s a 3-minute walk from the subway station, so it’s really convenient. It's great for taking the Eurostar or going nearby. Everything is forgiven as it is located a 5-minute walk from the Grand Palace. 2. Room: dark and not spacious. Especially the shower booth is too narrow. In winter, the temperature does not rise above 24 degrees. I regretted going to the Novotel right in front. 3. Other: You can leave your luggage after check-out, but you have to pay around 3 euros in cash depending on the size. 4. Overall review: I paid $75 per night, and I think this is good value for money. If it costs more than this, I'd go somewhere else instead of here.

Good location and reasonable price

Due to a sudden change in the itinerary, I applied for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order on Ctrip! However, Ctrip customer service staff helped me communicate with the hotel and explained the situation. The other party refused to accept the cancellation application on the grounds that the order was non-cancellable! Since the reservation time is still a few days before Christmas, it is completely possible to sell the room a second time. I also agreed to pay part of the liquidated damages. The other hotel would rather leave the room empty and let me bear all the losses than be understanding and accommodating! ! ! Such hotel management will inevitably affect the hotel's image and future market possibilities! I will remember this lesson and will never book or visit this hotel again in my lifetime! ! ! The location is very good. It is suitable for single use, but the bathroom is too small.

The hotel is located in the city center and is very convenient. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's not far to walk to the city's attractions. The room is not big, but clean and tidy. Breakfast is buffet.
