The location of the property is not bad, but the hotel facilities are a bit lacking. When I told the front desk that the ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working, they said that there were no technicians because it was a weekend, and that they would change the room, so I had to take the trouble of packing up and moving the room again. The bed was too soft, but European beds are soft. The location is a bit far from the old city, but there is a tram nearby, and the traffic is relatively convenient. Adults can ride a shared scooter to go around the Grand Square. Hotel service attitude is very good

I was traveling with a group of college students and the staff made everything so much easier for me and for us. They were all pleasant and went out of their way to assist. The hotel is clean and lovely and offers great amenities. I will definitely bring the group back here!

Very good service from the staff, especially in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch (attentive, smiling and energetic). The location is good, walking distance to some of the most interesting areas for bars/restaurant. The rooms need refurbishing, especially the bathroom. The shower is the worst I have experienced ever. (Had a family room in what I expect is and old part of the hotel). The quality of the food was mediocre (did not try dinner, only breakfast and lunch). Ok, but nothing more. Thon normally has better quality in my experience. But, it was clean, and the staff made the stay nice.
