There is a very strange room type. The elevator cannot go straight. You need to go up to the bottom floor and then go down to the room. It is very inconvenient to bring a suitcase, but the room is generally good.

I stayed here on a solo trip. The room was pretty clean, but very small. There were almost no amenities. However, I think it was reasonable for the price.

A good hotel with parking in the city center, which is convenient as parking there is very difficult and long time. Breakfast has not been visited, so I can't say anything about it. The room is normal, although some ”elements” in the bathroom worked wildly, but it is not a substantial problem. In general the hotel is good.

This is an outstanding property - I returned to Rosetti several times during my travels in Romania, and each time was a wonderful experience. A great amount of attention to detail has gone into the design of the hotel; it is modern yet inviting. The rooms are well appointed, with a full range of amenities. Public spaces are cosy and welcoming. As can be expected, it is spotlessly clean and well maintained. However, the greatest asset of the Rosetti is its staff, who all went over and above expectations to make my stay comfortable and memorable. This is what really set it apart from most of the other establishments I have stayed at during this trip. The hotel is not in the centre of town; however it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. And Uber works well in Bucharest, and is very affordable. I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

Hotel service is good, not far from the People's Palace, the price is good, because when booking, because there is an inappropriate picture, it was misled to set it here, but after the complaint, the action was adjusted immediately; I thought it would be much cheaper than the conference hotel that came to the meeting, but it was not. Overall, it is 4 points at most 4.5.

Hotel outside the historical centre.A 4-star hotel cannot leave the same towels for 4 days more the fallen towels landed them up and put up a scandalous thing. They say they have a jacuzzi bath on the terrace you're true there is but not working. The hot air doesn't work and the fridgebar the first 2 days did not work I changed it on the third day. Positive note the super comfortable bed king 10 stars.

Excellent customer service! The staff was very polite and helpful, handling my early check-in request seamlessly. The room was cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Overall, a great stay! 10/10 Would recommend.
