Super nice classic hotel! Located in the north of Margaret Island, next to the Japanese Garden, where it is very nice to walk. There is an underground passage to the SPA of the neighboring hotel, the rooms have robes, which is very convenient, you do not need to change clothes. In the SPA area there are 2 thermal pools, a pool with a jacuzzi and a small swimming pool. There are women's and men's saunas, a common hamam and an aroma cabin. Everything is very clean! The breakfast was amazing! The staff is super friendly! I had noisy neighbors behind the wall, I contacted the reception and they gave me another room. The staff speaks Russian and in the SPA area all the instructions are duplicated in Russian! This is very valuable these days! I will definitely return to this magical place!

The interior space of the room is quite large, and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet. It is located on a small island, but the interior of the room is old and stingy. I am not willing to turn on the heating. It is very cold when I sleep in the middle of the night. The furniture is very old and the overall color is dark and a bit depressing. The waiter came to clean the house without knocking, which is rude.

Family trip to a hotel which benefits from all the spa facilities, thermal baths, massages, fitness room, medical center (cardiologists, ophthalmologist, etc.) A very complete breakfast for the price. Very pleasant staff. I highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is the distance from the city but you benefit from priceless calm and silence. The bus that goes to the city is nearby.
