"It’s good hotel, it has train in front of hotel and hotel is so quiet"
IntercityHotel Budapest
"This hotel is great! I can't believe how nice it is for the price. The location is also very good, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!"
Ibis Budapest Castle Hill
"Very good location. Basic amenities. No kettle or hot water service. Air-conditioning is malfunctioned. But for location wise it's perfect for short stay."
Monastery Boutique Hotel Budapest
"Beautiful monastery/hotel. Room is clean and has everything we need, including air-con, which is a big plus during heat wave. Free parking is available."
JO&JOE Budapest
"There were lots of activities, and one night they even had a karaoke competition, which I really enjoyed. It was so much fun singing along with everyone! 😆 The guy at the front desk had excellent service too! 👍"
Novotel Budapest Danube
"It was just okay, typical GreenTree Inn standards. The view was great, but everything else was pretty average. Lots of Koreans staying there. The room was small, but cleanliness was decent. The facilities were old. The main advantage is its proximity to Fisherman's Bastion; it's just a short walk up the hill. You can even wait for the Parliament building to light up at night, and you can get good photos right from the hotel hallway."
Prestige Hotel Budapest
A boutique hotel housed in a 19th-century city palace — home to the Michelin-starred Costes Downtown restaurant, rooms decked out with Cavalli furniture, and just a four-minute stroll from the Chain Bridge.

Island Hostel Budapest
"This place is a hidden gem on the island. Very friendly host, easy to get into the city, really excellent private terrace with lots of character and a view of the danube for having a drink and enjoying the sun and very good value!"
Hotel Veritas
"Upon arrival, we discovered the fridge was not working and emitted a moldy smell, which required us to air out the room. Although a staff member firstly advised that we can leave our food in staff fridge for the night and he can't change it, he eventually replaced the fridge with a functional one later that evening. Later in the evening water started leaking from the ceiling due to a malfunctioning air conditioner. A staff member attempted to adjust the air conditioner, but the next day, a section of the suspended ceiling, along with metal parts from the air conditioner, fell to the floor due to the moisture. Fortunately, my children were in different parts of the room when this happened, but it could have been a serious safety hazard as one of them at the time of ceiling failure was in the bathroom which was 1 meter from the spot where it happened. A member of staff collected the fallen ceiling parts, but the water leakage persisted throughout the night. We were offered drinks at the bar as compensation, but since it was 11 PM and we were with our children, we asked the hotel to cover our parking instead. The staff member assured us that this would be no problem. Upon checking out, we discovered a thick layer of dust under the sofa, which was pulled out when we arrived. Tiles on the balcony ceiling had already fallen and shattered before our arrival, indicating a pattern of neglect. When we handed in the keys, we were informed that the owner refused to cover our parking fees as previously promised by staff and the owner attempted to blame us for overusing the air conditioner, which had been set by their staff. The hotel is incredibly run-down. Electrical outlets hang out of the walls, all lamps are filled with dead insects, and there are no kettles or tableware in the room. The safe had no batteries, and although the TV worked, we had to connect the antenna cable ourselves. The only thing that I can list as relatively adequate is the breakfast. They were not ready to serve for the amount of people that were actually having the breakfast, but when trays were filled it was fine."
Petneházy Aparthotel
"The place is beautiful, the atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. The location is not close to public transport, but it is easy to call a car via app to the train station and soon be in the center of Budapest. The only bad thing is the breakfast. The breads are not fresh and there is little variety of fruits. They need to improve the breakfast."
Holiday Beach Budapest Wellness and Conference Hotel
"The big downside is check-out at 10:00 AM. Parking is free (even though the app says it's paid), and it's closed, which is a big plus. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again."
Anantara New York Palace Budapest - A Leading Hotel of The World
"Buffet is good with nice service & staff"
Áurea Ana Palace by Eurostars Hotel Company
"Fabulous hotel. Superb rooms beautiful decor. Loved it."
Kimpton BEM BUDAPEST by IHG
"Excellent location, clean and sanitary, average interior, average service"
Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest
The Kempinski Hotel is by Erzsébet Square, just 350m from the Deák transport hub (M1/M2/M3) — featuring Nobu and ÉS Bisztró restaurants and a spa complex.
Millennium Court, Budapest - Marriott Executive Apartments
"The facilities are very, very old. Everything else is fine, but the shower facilities are terrible! We stayed in a two-bedroom room with two bathrooms. We checked out and went to other countries for a week before returning to this hotel. We went through four bathrooms in total. I can say responsibly that none of them worked. One of the bathrooms in the first stay had no water at all, and the water pressure in the other was so low that I couldn't wash my hair. The second stay, both shower heads were spraying water toward the wall, so I could only hold them in my hands to take a shower, and the water was hot and cold, which was very, very bad. The location and service are OK, and the room is very quiet. There are many delicious restaurants downstairs, and there is a pedestrian street next to it. The internet celebrity comme chez soi is also a five-minute walk away."
Budapest Marriott Hotel
All 364 rooms face the Danube — the windows offer views of Buda Castle, Erzsébet Bridge, and Gellért Hill.
Onyx Luxury Budapest
"The hotel's service is very good and the location is close to the train station. It is very convenient to travel and the breakfast is also very good."
Leonardo Hotel Budapest
"The hotel is cozy, but the breakfasts are monotonous, and they never changed during our six-day stay. We upgraded to a junior suite with an extra charge because the comfort rooms are so small, it's hard to get to the bed. The shower is tiny."
Mercure Budapest Castle Hill
"It’s quite close to the metro which is convenient! However, they didn’t clean our room while we were there for three nights, and it split lots of water from the shower at the bathroom"
Novotel Budapest City
"Convenient location, average breakfast, overall stay = good"
Hilton Budapest
"The scenery is beautiful and definitely worth it."
Marmara Hotel Budapest
"Stayed for three nights as a group and a few of us stayed on for a couple more days. Reception Staff were very helpful with local Restaurant recommendations and general Tourism requests. Rooms very good and serviced daily."
