Exceeding expectations The weather was amazing the hotel was in a prime location with a beautiful sea view , all the staff were helpful and professional it was exceeding my expectations .

The front desk was extremely rude to me and said that they did not have my reservation, all the rooms are fully booked and told me to find somewhere else to stay. After a while of me not leaving because I already paid, they gave me a manager to speak to on the phone who told me I had to pay and extra 160 euros (on top of what I already paid through *******) then they can give me a room. The room they offered was not even the room with a balcony sea view that I originally booked through *******. I would never recommend anyone to stay here again based on how they took advantage of the fact that I am a solo female and was in no way prepared to look for another hotel after I had come from a long flight. The staff had zero knowledge on customer service (which is something I noticed in most places in Budva).

Great Stay for 3 days in Budva. Underground parking, 10 -15 euros/ day. Good english speacking at the reception when we have arrive 09 PM, 24.10.2022. Also very kindly staff. Inside of apartment high class furniture, etc. From 5th floor good view ( also city and sea). We was have 2 bedrooms apartament. So , keep great work guys. Congrats.
