"Excellent apartment, spacious, comfortable, and a very comfy bed. They clean every day, just like a hotel, and change towels twice a day. The location is superb; there's a supermarket right across, and a coffee shop, bakery, and restaurants nearby. It's a leisurely 15-minute walk to the sea. And of course, the super host, Seka, is always ready to help. I recommend it 100%!"

"The bathroom was a bit small. I was happy to see a sliding door for the shower, but to my surprise, water still leaked from the sides and flowed around the trash can and the base of the toilet. The amount of leakage was no less than what you'd get with a single glass panel. There's no complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a good selection of tea bags. The highlight is definitely the balcony with its ocean view, which is really nice. The hotel restaurant offers good food, a comfortable dining environment, and the staff are very polite."

"Excellent apartment! Very spacious, you feel at ease. The room has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay: a full set of dishes, a large, comfortable bed, and even a washing basin and a clothes dryer for small household items—very thoughtful. Everything is clean and tidy. A special thank you to the hosts for their kindness—we were able to check in early, which was very nice. Cons: a bit of noise from the neighbors in the evening. But if you have a busy schedule and don't plan to go to bed early, this won't spoil the experience. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

"We arrived at the hotel and there was no one at the reception. There was someone there the following days, but no one spoke either Russian or English as stated. When we checked into the room, we went into the bathroom and it stank of urine and there was urine spilled on the floor. We went downstairs to complain, they came and looked, called a plumber because the toilet was leaking. I saw reviews from other people and everyone complained about bad plumbing. What can I say about the food, we took breakfast and it was very poor and the taste was terrible. We ate there twice and the rest of the days we had breakfast in a cafe nearby. The waiters are very greedy and do not even let you drink your own water in their dining room, or take cups to the outdoor dining area. The beds are also not suitable for tall people. The rooms are tiny and there is nowhere to walk, if you take a room for two there is not even a balcony. The Wi-Fi here is good and the air conditioning is powerful, although it probably depends on the room. The hotel is okay for an overnight stay, but I still do not recommend it."

Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız."

The location is absolutely amazing — beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere, and a perfect setting for both relaxation and group travel. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and ideal even for larger groups. What really made the difference was the staff and the level of service. Everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and with great attention to detail, which is extremely important when managing a group of this size. A very special thank you and recognition to Milica and her team. They were outstanding throughout the entire process — professional, responsive, organized, and always ready to help. Their support made the experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend Dukley Gardens and look forward to coming back again with future groups."

There's no table on the balcony because the air conditioner in the room next door is installed. The soundproofing is poor! If people leave the room next door in the morning and slam and close the door very loudly, it wakes you up. The same thing happens late at night if guests from the room next door return from a walk."

"The only positives we can mention are the underground parking and the view from the room, and that's about it. It's hard to find, and the management is never there. The "apartments" are completely bare, not even a kettle: the coffee machine doesn't work, there are no utensils for cooking, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the TV doesn't work. The rooms aren't cleaned, and the bathroom stinks. It's okay for a one-night stand, but not for a longer stay. We don't recommend this place."

"The hostess is wonderful, always ready to help with any situation (for example, you won't have to pay the tourist tax yourself). The location is equally great – about a 7-minute walk to the bus station, and there's a grocery store literally across the street. There's also a good cafe nearby, and you can reach the old town in about 15-20 minutes, yet it's still comfortable and quiet for sleeping at night. The room itself is neat and clean, with daily housekeeping. On your way to the hotel, you'll be accompanied by the street shown in the photo – mountains are everywhere here, so you're sure to enjoy the views!"

"The hotel is conveniently located, with everything within walking distance – attractions like the Old Town, marinas, and the promenade. There are also plenty of shops, cafes, a shopping center nearby, and two excellent beaches just a short walk away, plus many other entertainment options. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfasts were delicious, and as a guest, you get a 10% discount on dinner at the restaurant, where a musician plays every night. They also have their own parking, which is very convenient if you're traveling by car. My room had a view of the neighboring building, but I could still enjoy a glimpse of the sea, boats, and yachts. We stayed at the end of July. The price was acceptable, but you could probably find something cheaper or just book further in advance instead of on the day of arrival, like we did."

"Good location, but very poor comfort We stayed at Hotel Grbalj for 3 nights in Budva. While the hotel benefits from its central location, the overall experience fell well below our expectations. The rooms are extremely small and impractical—there’s barely enough space to open a suitcase. The general decor and atmosphere feel like something out of the 1990s; it’s clear the hotel is in serious need of renovation. Breakfast was very poor. Limited options and low quality. If you’re hoping for a pleasant start to your morning, you’ll likely be disappointed. On the positive side, cleanliness was not an issue. The room and common areas were generally clean and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel might be worth considering only for its location. But with many better alternatives in the area, I would not choose to stay here again."

"Great location, perhaps even the best if you want to go to the beach, visit neighboring cities, and get to the city center, all without staying on noisy streets. The room itself was very cozy, new, and clean. Although we booked a room with two beds and received one with a single bed, it didn't really spoil our experience. The host was very pleasant; they greeted us, offered refreshments, and helped with our luggage. They also have an incredibly delicious restaurant downstairs – I felt like I was in Turkey for a moment!"
