The hotel stay was overall a nice experience, However, they neglected to tell me that it’s $20 to park each car during the stay AND the extra charge for late check out… I asked about late check out and they said “sure, we can give you until 3pm” WITHOUT telling me it was $30 for it! Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The service staff was really sweet, and the shuttle to/from Disney was good (although only 4-5x a day). Loved exploring the area around Knott’s as well. It’s currently undergoing renovation but that’s okay
Only issue was that my husband got got food poisoning from the ice machine. Believe the ice machine wasn’t cleaned properly so quite disappointed about that

It was renovated in 2024, with beautiful and novel decoration. There is a restaurant on the first floor, which provides 24-hour service. Most of the guests are tourists who come here for sightseeing. For us, it adds a joyful atmosphere to our business. I recommend that you try it!
