My partner and I are currently staying at this fantastic hotel at the port because we missed our cruise and have been in limbo for the last 3 days. The hotel is located directly opposite the cruise terminal and around a 10 minute Uber/taxi ride to most of BA’s nice neighborhoods. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and new as is the whole building. The access to the pool, gym and spa only add to make this hotel an even more appealing option when in BA. We would honestly consider staying here again even if we weren’t going on a cruise. Lastly a big thank you to the staff who have been nothing but professional, helpful and happy to deal with any requests we have asked, from paying day to day, restaurant recommendations, booking massages and organizing airport transfers. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to BA looking for a beautiful hotel at a great price point.

This Hotel was great. Very clean, excellent staff and service. The only drawback was only one restaurant with limited hours and no shopping within walking distance.

Excellent hotel, new and great apt. Coffee needs improvement, but good. The only downside is that there are no restaurants and cafes nearby. Excellent apartment, as well as the facilities. Service was also great, very attentive and helpful staff.

The accommodation is very beautiful and modern, however, only I was able to take a hot shower, my husband a cold one, as the hot water ran out. We are 7 people, 5 adults and two children, each accommodation is for two people, there is no extra bed, no accommodation for my children. The breakfast, a disgrace, does not match the first impression that the hotel gives us. We received the tray in the room, for two people, and it came with: 1 banana 1 apple 1 butter 1 cream cheese 1 marmalade 1 slice of chocolate cake 1 slice of regular cake 2 yogurt 4 slices of bread 4 sweet biscuits Detail, we are in two… half for each. No coffee, no milk, no juice… I can't imagine in my mother-in-law and father-in-law's room, what they received, they are in 3 people, because my son is with them.

Excellent facilities, all very new, as seen in the photo. We used heated pool and spa and excellent. The super comfortable apartment. They gave us complimentary breakfast. Perhaps the location is far from places to eat but moving by car is not a problem.

Beautiful hotel. Every high-end detail. We stayed in a room on the 12th floor overlooking the river, beautiful view, beautiful room and very comfortable. The super comfortable bed, high box spring with pillow, cotton sheets with an exquisite perfume, very comfortable pillows. Very spacious and comfortable room with everything you need. Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, new crockery, saucepan, refrigerator. All. The chair is very comfortable, the table is suitable for two people to have breakfast or dinner. With everything you need. The pool is very nice with really hot water without the smell of chlorine. Very good spa area with two wet and dry saunas. Heated armchairs where you never want to get up. The only bad thing about the hotel is having to leave! We will surely be back soon. (I recommend using Uber or a car because it is in a growing area that there is not much nearby and to get out you have to go through Retiro)

Väldigt bra hotell. 100 meter (1 minut) till kryssningsterminalen. Restaurang i bottenvåningen öppen 6-18 med Take away. Rekommenderar boendet!!

Estuve en un evento de fin de año y pasamos la noche para salir temprano a Aeroparque. Es un hotel que tiene como habitaciones departamentos monoambientes de aprox 35 mts cuadrados. La zona la verdad que no es muy bonita pero un poco compensa con la vista al atardecer desde las terrazas. Los departamentos son cómodos, con una pequeña cocina y amplio baño. El desayuno es en el departamento, no tiene un bar el hotel
