Promenade Hotel

Hotel well located close to Retiro station and Galerias Pacifico and Rua Florida shopping malls. There is no breakfast, just a free espresso machine. Tiny bathroom but good bed. It's worth it if it's just to sleep and spend the day outside. Good service

The room does not match the photo, the sheets were old. The staff was friendly. The location near Retiro, in an area with bars on the corner, which made it possible to go out to eat on foot.

Old hotel, but well located. Two streets up is Calle Florida, the main street for tourists. There is an attendant at the reception who is super polite and helpful (unfortunately I didn't get her name). He was patient in explaining several things to us, recommending restaurants and tourist attractions. The room has horrible decor, honestly. The bed is not comfortable as it usually is in hotels. The bathroom is small. The shower is great! It just takes a while to heat the water and when it does it's like boiling water lol. Every day the maids cleaned the room, even after hours. Their work is good. Super polite too. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel with great wine prices. Below the hotel there is a 24-hour grocery store for basic things like water. And there is also a store with items for packing suitcases.

Hotel sencillo pero con todo lo necesario para una estadía amena. Muy buena ubicación. Buena conexión a internet. Excelente atención de los chicos de la recepción. Quizás le faltaría un frigobar para ser más completo. Sin dudas volvería.

Ficamos neste hotel como segunda opção, porem acabamos adorando. O bairro é super charmoso, varios barzinhos, mercados, restaurantes até mesmo um shopping. O acesso de onibus é muito facil. Os pontos turisticos ficam a poucos minutos de onibus ou taxi. No hotel os quartos são bem limpos, com uma cama extremamente confortavel, nas dependencias do hotel tem até uma maquina de café, capuccino, chocolate quente gratuito. Voltaremos com certeza!!!

La.habitacion que nos toco no tenia nada que ver con las fotos. Una habitacion para 3 chica y oscura. Habian cambiado el AA y el agujero estaba tapado con papel. La cama no ers matrimonial, eran dos de una plaza juntadas. Lo unico bueno la ubicacion y el baño que estaba reciclado.
