The location is a bit off from the middle, and the nearest subway exit is also not that close. Tha building is 25 yrs old, it shows in the quality of the rooms and the interior of the revolving restaurant. The room is small and simple, however the cleanliness was not the best. I found some hairs around in the bathroom. Also the shower was dirty a bit. They give you a very simple slipper, 4 bottles of water/day, toothbrush+toothpaste, there is a waterheater, some tea and instant coffee in thr room, safe, iron, a bathrobe so the room is well equiped. The view is extremly good if you are in the upper rooms. Mine was on lvl46. The wifi is bad, also one of my e-mail accounts got hacked not soon after logging on on it, so DO NOT USE the hotel wifi! The breakfast is good, there is a lot to choose from and the view is extremly good.

Giving a thumbs up for the service counter which they are quite helpful. Location is not so great due to the distance to most of the places that we wanted to go. However, it is nearer to Lujiazui, Oiental Pearl Tower and Disneyland. If you are kinda lazy and not so picky with food, just next to the hotel is a small mall with a few restaurants, cafe, subway and gelato. The supernarket (Aldi) also is a great place to get some cut fruits, hot fast meal, sashimi and salad. I was amazed with the huge size German beer ! Value for money, 3 of us staying at this huge room and nice view from the window

Generally it is a very good hotel. This is the second time I stayed there and I will probably stay there again. How ever this time I saw a small cockroach in the bathroom that made me uncomfortable. Again it is a good hotel, it is just old building and having bugs are not unusual. However there might be something they could do about it? Hi

Had a great stay for 3 nights. Room was spacious and quiet. Though the furnishings were pretty outdated but housekeeping service was tip top & efficient. Only concern was the bath tube which don't come with assisted handles which may pose high risk for the elderly. Next, there seemed to be quite relaxed on the security because you don't need a room card to access to your lift floor and anybody can just walked into the gym to use its facilities. The buffet breakfast was okay seemed like they focus more on western dishes which tasted better than the chinese dishes which to me as a Chinese the chinese dishes don't looked so appealing. The location was good next to a small mall with restaurants and supermarket. Overall i had a great stay & would recommend others to try this hotel.

My favorite hotel in Shanghai, despite the popularity among tourists, the service is the best, the only minus last time the room was cleaner, but I'm grateful for the stunning view of the city and delicious coffee, the pool restores my strength after walking around Sha❤️ I want to mention the water and compliments, convenient location ✅great place 👍🏻

A very lovely hotel. We were welcomed by the friendly Shelly. She upgraded us to a massive corner suite on the 30th floor. Big living room and a spacious bedroom. We love it. The view of the river and the Bund as well
