Well, first of all, this is not 4 stars, but at most two. The hotel is designed to accommodate large groups from all over the country. We had a arrival of 400 people from the Ministry of Emergency Situations and some sports team. For them, there were tables for food in the lobby with a corresponding aroma for the entire hotel. We had a suite, which apparently no one takes, because the water from the tap was rusty for a long time and the batteries in the television remote control were oxidized. They don't answer the phone at the reception, any question - run downstairs. The linen is of terrible quality, the pillows and blankets are also terrible. Boiling water was flushed down the toilet! If the staff is interested - suite 527 with boiling water in the toilet. Breakfast - almost nothing at all. A table 1.5 by 1.5 meters, on which everything is sausage, sweets, bread, vegetables. Apparently take it with your hands. Even the forks are not there. In the evening, my husband and son went down to the bar. It was a joke. When asked if there was a cocktail, they were asked to pour vodka? To the question - can I at least have it with orange juice? They brought a bag(!) of peach. Why booking decided to give 4 stars, we don’t understand. We fled the second night to a nearby hotel.

Very good and spacious reception with a large breakfast room. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was large and sparkling clean. Staff helpful and willing to help. The breakfast quite rich, the coffee not very successful.
