老闆人很好，我們到的那天下雨，然後又遇上賈登峪幾年來唯一一次電路檢修要從凌晨停水停電到晚上。老闆不僅提前打電話通知，還主動在每個房間準備了一盆水，礦泉水也是可以直接去前台取。
別墅後面有一大塊空地可以停車，房間有供熱設備，總之住在這裡是很舒適又比較省錢的選擇了

位置就在賈登峪立體停車場旁邊，周圍餐館林立，交通方便，雖然設施一般，但服務態度很好，周邊雪景非常漂亮👍👍因大雪被困喀納斯，還能住上服務這麼好的民宿已心滿意足，性價比還是不錯，值得推薦！

這個酒店優缺點都挺明顯的，優點：房間大，基礎設施齊備，房東熱情，雖然客棧位置很偏，但店家接送來回，挺方便的，再次感謝。
缺點：地下室手機完全沒有信號，衹能連接Wi-Fi，除此之外屋頂牆皮脱落，影響入住體驗。

衞生乾淨 説是地下室一點都不潮有電暖器屋裡一點都不冷和正常的標間都一樣 老闆人很好 我們到賈登峪停車場 老闆開着埃爾法來接我們 外部環境就是別墅區 走路去賈登峪停車場也不算遠 非常好

前臺帥哥服務人員態度不錯，可惜的是同行姐姐的房間馬桶有點漏水，不過因為滿房無法換房，雖然服務人員有用墊子鋪上，但還是造成一些不便，這點有些遺憾

房間大小合適，老闆挺熱情，在國慶假期500的房價有競爭力，不足是洗澡熱水很小，在一堆別墅羣裏，位置有點偏。

臨時決定去喀納斯 下了飛機才定的酒店，坐機場大巴一路顛簸很累了，到賈登峪停車場很晚了，給酒店打電話，老闆親自來接，早上還送我們到停車場，價位合適，房間乾淨整潔，推薦住宿。

房間性價比較高，老闆還給我們免費升級了房間，設施也比較新，離喀納斯擺渡車上車點開車兩分鐘 ，唯一缺點就是酒店位置比較深，開車進去要走一段小路，要小心點，總體而言，值得推薦。
