在酒店的前台的服務特別滿意相當熱情而且還給了禾木村具體的遊玩攻略 辦理入住完畢後直接引導帶到房間門口 這一點挺貼心 房間裏的設施很不錯有洗衣機衞浴是乾濕分離的 枕頭床墊被子都很舒服暖氣開得也很足 地暖也十分給力 可是 木屋的隔音真是個硬傷 快到晚上12:00的時候我隔壁應該是帶了小孩子的一家子入住了 結果還在旁邊唱歌唱到凌晨1:00 聽得太清晰了 跑回前台衹剩下一個保安大爺在那裡問他有沒有耳塞 結果沒有😭😭😭

絕對絕對不要住木屋，完全是一點隔音都沒有，你可以聽到外面的所有聲音，還有隔壁房間的所有聲音- 上下樓的聲音，洗漱，説話的，非常的吵，關門的聲音，我自己能聽到的聲音，同樣能聽到隔壁層的，還有是不是出現了蜘蛛，無語了

We had 4 person room but they only have gave 3 towels, slippers, etc, so had to tell them about it. Room looks nice but I feel it's a bit overpriced. Near the bus interchange so is convenient but it upslope, so slippery when raining or snowing. Breakfast spread is good.
