Must give five stars praise! This is definitely one of the most attentive homestays I have ever stayed in. 1. Environment: It feels very warm as soon as I enter the door, the decoration style is particularly tasteful, the cleaning is spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I sleep well. 2. Location: very quiet, suitable for movement, very perfect. 3. Landlord: The little brother is super good, he patiently answered questions before check-in, and recommended to us the treasure restaurant where local talents went, and really didn't step on thunder! 4. Details: It is especially worth mentioning that the homestay also upgraded the viewing room for us for free, and you can see the beautiful snow scene as soon as you open the window! GGuest UserIf you go to Hemu, I strongly recommend this accommodation. The young B&B staff are considerate and thoughtful, which makes me feel that they are taking care of this B&B seriously. The free breakfast is not perfunctory and the coffee is delicious. Especially their rooms are all equipped with Parma products. If you have requirements for accommodation, Yijing is still a good choice. I don't write reviews very often, but this B&B managed by young people deserves my praise.

GGuest UserLaundry and gym is in another building and not operate 24 hours. a bit inconvenient but the front desk offer help to send our clothes for laundry and we collect from the counter. The breakfast is great! Some nice restaurant and convenient stall nearby in walking distance.
A goodie bag being given upon check out, mineral water, coffee and tissue. Overall satisfied, a high CP hotel.

The underfloor heating plus electric heating makes it a complete contrast to the cold outdoors, like a world of difference. The owner is very thoughtful, providing full guidance throughout our trip, which greatly enhanced our experience. This trip was definitely worth it!

The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services, This hotel (Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay) is indeed a hidden paradise,I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and serene surroundings,I had the best experience at Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. I highly recommend Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay.

GGuest UserThis was my first time skiing in Hemu, and I chose to stay at the Hilton Hemu, which is very close to the West Ski Resort and offers round-trip shuttle services to the slopes. The brunch options were plentiful, and the food met expectations. Overall, it was a good experience. However, I did encounter a few issues:
1. The bathroom in our room always had a slight odor from the day we checked in until we left. I'm not sure if this is the case for all rooms.
2. The water pressure from the showerhead was very low; I'd suggest replacing it.
3. On the evening of our fifth day, the shower started leaking while we were using it, indicating a blockage in the drain, likely from hair or debris. I wonder if this is only cleaned upon check-out?
4. After requesting ice buckets, no one came to collect them the next day, so we ended up with more and more ice buckets in the room.
5. On our last night, I called the front desk at around 5 PM to request an ice bucket, but it never arrived. I called again at 6:20 PM, and the front desk agent said she would follow up. Still, it hadn't arrived by 7:30 PM. After going to dinner, I spoke with the manager. Apparently, the front desk only contacted the restaurant department once at 6:20 PM regarding the ice bucket, having missed my initial call at 5 PM. The restaurant received the 6:20 PM call, but according to the manager, they were busy and overlooked it. I understand that the front desk might have been busy with other guests checking in or handling more urgent matters, and I also understand that restaurants can be hectic during meal times. However, for a five-star hotel, such a poor experience should be avoided. I suggest that your company consider implementing a memo system. For instance, the front desk could note down guest service requests and attend to them after handling more immediate tasks. The same applies to the restaurant; they could record requests to avoid oversight and fulfill them when things are less busy. If there's a significant delay, they should call back to inform the guest. The ice buckets in the room should be collected daily, which seems to be a communication issue between the restaurant and housekeeping staff. I hope the hotel can improve its service and strive for excellence, rather than just offering apologies after the fact. Only by continuously enhancing the guest experience will customers choose to return to this hotel again.

GGuest UserThis is the cleanest B&B I've stayed in, cleaner than the hotels in the county. I originally brought disposable towels and bath towels, but this B&B has them all. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with disposable towels and bath towels, very nice. In addition, the courtyard environment is very comfortable, looking at the snow-capped mountains! The view from the window of the B&B restaurant is also very good. It's very comfortable to sit in the courtyard and in front of the restaurant window. The service is also very good. I contacted them the day before I went there. They sent me the precautions and how to take the bus. In addition, the restaurant food is also very delicious (Guangdong people), except that the price of the scenic spot is a little higher. There is no disadvantage! But if the scenic spot is the same price, it is definitely the first choice!

AAnonymous UserGetting to the accommodation is quite an experience and would have been confusing without a local, especially since these details are not available on Trip.com - entry tickets first need to be purchased to access the area. Thereafter, one needs to drive to a pick up point to board a public bus. The public bus will then send passengers to a drop off point where most hotels are located. This hotel had a vehicle to pick guests up from the drop off point but this would not have been known without prior communication with the local guide who was with us. The accommodation also gave us quite a scare when we were en route by telling us that another group had already occupied the rooms we booked - it later turned out that an error had been made on their end. Hotel is located within the self-contained tourist town which has a small provision shop and which is also where the pick up point for another mountain top tour is.
An upgraded room is what is reflected in this review. Otherwise, the actual room - much smaller without many of the amenities, would have been rather pricey. Bed was comfortable but water quality suspect at times. Room has heated flooring instead of air conditioning - it was rather cold (about 8 degrees) in the mornings.
Hotel provides a two-way private bus to see the sunrise on the mountain top, which was a real treat. There was some miscommunication between the bus driver and non-China tourists, which almost resulted in all of us not being picked up after the morning hike. Hotel also has complimentary jackets but this could have been made known.
Breakfast thereafter had a good spread. Booking also came with an afternoon tea, which the hotel staff gave discretion to be used at any time - for all drinks below 50 RMB. Also came with some nuts and mango cake.
A decent stay overall albeit with some hiccups.

I was lucky to see the snow scenery of Altay. The yard of the B&B is already very beautiful. I felt the warmth of the floor heating as soon as I entered the door. It was so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. If you have any needs, just contact the customer service. They responded very promptly and were considerate little housekeepers of the B&B. When I got up in the morning, the surrounding area was already very beautiful, with white snow everywhere. It was very convenient to eat and drink nearby. The overall supporting facilities were very complete. I have to choose here next time! !

The only downsides were the very weak water pressure for showering and the very simple breakfast. Hemu itself is a strange place; there's not much to do, yet it's so crowded and expensive – I don't quite understand why.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Jinshan Theme Hotel was an absolute delight! From the warm and thoughtful reception at the front desk to the meticulous and attentive service throughout, I felt truly welcomed and at home. The complimentary breakfast was not only nutritious but also thoughtfully prepared, and they even provided fresh fruit and delicious dried fruits – these little touches really showed how much they cared.
The hotel facilities are also incredibly comprehensive. As a fitness enthusiast, I was thrilled with the well-equipped and clean gym. The huge parking lot made self-driving a breeze, and even the elevators ran smoothly, making getting around very convenient. What surprised me the most were the beddings – so soft, skin-friendly, and spotlessly clean. Lying down instantly washed away the day's fatigue, and I slept soundly until morning! Everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back!
