酒店就在俄羅斯風情街，周邊有很多小食店和售賣俄羅斯物品的店鋪。酒店房間很大，也非常乾淨整潔，智能化設施齊全，旁邊就是額爾齊斯河。早餐品種不是很多，有幾個涼菜和幾個熱菜，應該是能吃飽。停車場很大是免費的。

酒店很不錯，我感覺是布爾津裏條件很好的酒店了，在步行街旁，也非常方便，門口大片停車場，房間乾淨衞生，比較新但是沒有味道，電視大網也快，推薦

房間很乾凈，裝修特別新且風格很舒服。衞生間和浴室是分開的，花灑水壓很給力。
位置也很不錯，走兩步就是額爾齊斯河，吃完飯可以在樓下遛彎。
特別要誇下前台的小哥哥，給了很多旅遊的建議，還推薦了布爾津吃飯的地方。

入住時遇到銷售經理，給升級到觀景更好的樓層。除此之外的其他，客户體驗檢查。
床品質量較好，滿意。
由於酒店剛裝修完，，裝修味道很重，入住後開窗通風並開排風后，稍好。較敏感人羣要不適合入住。
排風裝在洗浴間，洗浴間是單獨，有坐便器的空間沒排風，設計嚴重不合理。
書桌上天花有燈，但位置有問題，寫字都在影子裏，無枱燈。
忘記帶房卡，請前台再補一張，服務員不同意，説一個房間衹能一張，我説：我和同屋又不是連體人，怎可能同進同出？服務員答應借給我們房卡，用完得送回前台給他！！！這樣的服務真是第一次見！
早餐體驗最差。進門每人發一個雞蛋，由於滿屋都是旅行團的人，包子也用“發”的方式。各種菜沒得
很快，補充並不及時…
並不是酒店介紹中説的早餐有中餐，西餐…
總之，除了客户經理的服務好外，其他的不敢恭維！

酒店的整體風格還是不錯的，裝修和配置都很好，雖然乾濕分離了，但洗澡房的水太不給力了，熱水也不熱，對旅途的人來説可以盡情地洗個熱水澡就是服務的體驗，早餐就更無語了，原本專門找團隊入住少的酒店，誰想酒店沒團隊但早餐盡然是團餐，團友們都在火拼早餐，導致餐廳服務臟、亂、服務態度惡略，讓整個入住體驗大打折扣。

酒店還不錯 就是房間沒有四層 但電梯有 前台也不説清楚 導致一羣人半夜上來在外邊 還吵起來了叫了警察 影響了休息

無敵！就兩個字 價格上無敵，服務態度無敵，還有環境無敵！酒店後邊就是一條河，晚上河邊走一下，無敵。還有特別説一下淡季的時候真的定太划算了。最後給各位看下我拍的新疆的美景
