The hotel is located at Castle Station. It is one of a group of small European-style houses. It is very close to the tent restaurant Haoju Villa across the road and can be reached on foot. I didn't order any meals in the hotel. I stayed for three nights and the owner provided breakfast for three days. One day when we woke up late, the owner specially saved breakfast for us. Thank you. Although it is a hotel, it has a family atmosphere. There is a shoe cabinet for changing and storing shoes as soon as you enter the door. The owner grows succulents and flowers at home, and has three cats with different personalities. The house is very clean, and guests who are not allergic to cats don't have to worry about the cat smell. To be honest, even cats don’t mind that we smell like cows and horses. By the way, when we came, it was the off-season, and the boss even upgraded our two rooms. Thanks again, I guess the family has started traveling too, I wish you a happy trip.

Facilities: Newly renovated hotel, clean and tidy, no odor, complete facilities, toiletries are geranium scented, so nice, super healing. Environment: Opposite the hotel is an open grassland with swings. Every evening, there are cows grazing leisurely on it. In the distance are layers of mountains. The sun shines on the mountains in the morning and evening, which is very beautiful. Service: The service is very considerate. I tasted special snacks on the day of check-in. The front desk lady also helped plan the travel route. When I left the hotel, I also gave the children small souvenirs with local characteristics. It was very thoughtful.

enjoyed the stay very much, beautiful caravan with windows to see stars at night. has ample space and mini refrigerator. warm and comfortable. has fruits and snacks. surrounding is also beautiful and quiet. we were not very familiar with the location and transport options to the hotel, and since it was pretty late, there were no more buses and taxis available, hotel was not able to give clear directions and provide help to get to hotel, no pick up service. we had to walk very far to reach hotel. the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance but it is still quite far from the caravan place. not advisable for ppl with alot of luggage.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from the free shuttle bus to Kanas attractions, and a lot of left turns when you eat out. There are many parking lots in the hotel and it is convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the two young ladies at the front desk are very gentle and beautiful. The picture was taken when checking in and checking out. It was a bit messy. The 412 top floor was very quiet at night. There was no air conditioning and no hot water.

The transportation is convenient, close to the scenic spot, and there are free buses to the Jiadengyu service area. The room infrastructure is very good, the luxurious yurt, the homestay has turned on the heating in advance, and it is very warm after entering. Although it is a two-story building, the height of the second floor is also OK, and adult men can slide down smoothly on the slide. I heard that other yurts had power outages and water outages that night, but we did not have power outages and water outages, but there was no hot water for bathing, and there was hot water at the washbasin. Apart from this, other facilities are very good. There is a bonfire party at night, but it is not what I imagined, it is a fake fire. There are also singing and dancing performances, you can go to join in the fun.

Centrally located in Jiadengyu, this hotel feels like its own private oasis, offering peace and quiet despite its central position. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, and there's ample parking. This resort-style property features numerous small buildings, with rooms spread throughout them. It's very convenient for self-driving guests, but they also provide shuttle services for those arriving without a car. On our check-in day, the front desk was busy with many tour groups, and no king rooms were available. They kindly upgraded us to a suite on the second floor of Building 7. It had its own private staircase, and stepping directly from the stairs into the room felt quite unique, almost like a 'Rapunzel' experience! Three helpful young men from the front desk even carried our three heavy suitcases up for us. Unfortunately, we overslept and missed the 10 AM breakfast cutoff. So, we grabbed some instant noodles from the mini-mart right in front of the hotel and got hot water from the neighboring milk tea shop. We enjoyed our makeshift meal at a shaded outdoor table by the entrance, where a gentle breeze made for a pleasant morning. Jiadengyu at that hour was incredibly peaceful, as if the mountain god itself was still slumbering. I am extremely satisfied with this hotel! I had a tough time choosing a hotel in Jiadengyu, but I somehow stumbled upon Hongfu, and it turned out to be fantastic. As it's part of Xinjiang Culture and Tourism with a state-owned enterprise background, the staff's professionalism and service quality truly stood out. The hotel facilities and room decor also felt grand and tasteful throughout. The absolute highlight was the bonfire show at 10:30 PM, held right at the hotel entrance, surrounded by a bustling night market. It offers a complete 'stay, dine, and play' experience that other hotels would be hard-pressed to match. Plus, the milk tea shop and supermarket by the entrance are part of the resort's own operations, making it super convenient to grab anything you need. Highly, highly recommend!

I visited Kanas two years ago, and at that time, this hotel was still under construction. This stay, I finally got to experience it, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bedding – mattress, pillows, etc. – was exceptionally comfortable. The solid wood furniture in the room even emitted a subtle, pleasant woody aroma. As the hotel is newly opened, I have a few suggestions that I hope management will consider and act upon for improvement: 1. Our initial room, located in Building 1, had a clogged toilet upon check-in. It's quite surprising the cleaning staff didn't notice this – clearly, there's a need to improve staff training and attention to detail. To their credit, the hotel staff responded very quickly and promptly moved us to a different room. Their handling of the issue was professional and efficient. 2. In the evenings, there were children constantly running and making noise in the hallways, yet no staff member intervened to address the disturbance. 3. At 6:00 AM, there was a power outage caused by a circuit fault from the local power company, which naturally impacted the restaurant's meal service. While the restaurant staff themselves were very polite, they uniformly greeted guests with 'Enjoy your meal' upon entry. This clearly signals a disconnect in the restaurant's lower-level management. When there's no hot food and guests are understandably upset, a generic 'Enjoy your meal' greeting can be incredibly tone-deaf and actually exacerbate guest frustration, potentially leading to extreme dissatisfaction. 4. The restaurant staff strictly required meal tickets for entry. While I understand that the catering might be outsourced to a third-party vendor and meal vouchers serve as the sole basis for billing, it begs the question: couldn't a more convenient system, like scanning room cards, be implemented? I personally witnessed a guest getting incredibly agitated and causing a scene over this very issue that day. 😀 Overall, despite these issues, I believe this hotel is quite good. I can certainly empathize with the challenges a newly opened establishment faces, including potential gaps in staff training or the general 'teething problems' during its initial operational phase. I sincerely hope the hotel's service continues to improve. I would still recommend it to others, as the hotel's hardware facilities and hygiene standards are genuinely excellent. 😄

The waiter's attitude was very enthusiastic, but his business ability was a little weak. Finally, after communicating with the store manager, the problem was solved satisfactorily. You can stay with confidence next time.

At the Shanshui You Hotel by Kanas Lake, I experienced a truly idyllic and poetic retreat. The hotel boasts a superb location, just a few minutes' walk from Kanas Lake. Each morning, opening the window revealed mist-shrouded lake and mountain vistas, transporting me to a magical realm. The room design seamlessly blends modern comfort with authentic Tuva ethnic charm. Solid wood furnishings, an underfloor heating system, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows – every detail speaks volumes about its quality. The plush, skin-friendly bedding and exceptionally quiet nights ensured complete relaxation. The culinary experience was an unexpected delight. Breakfast featured freshly baked Lieba bread, wild honey, and fresh milk, all bursting with authentic pastoral flavors. For dinner, we savored authentic Altay lamb and unique Tuva specialty dishes, which were a true feast for the senses. The service was simply flawless. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, proactively offering travel advice and even going as far as helping plan the best scenic routes. The hotel also organizes thoughtfully curated cultural experiences, such as visits to local herdsmen's homes and night sky photography sessions, making the trip even more memorable. Even more impressively, the hotel is deeply committed to ecological preservation, with meticulous eco-friendly practices. This allowed me to indulge in luxury while also contributing to the protection of Kanas's pristine environment. If I ever return to Kanas, Shanshui You Hotel will undoubtedly be my top and only choice! Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Our main reason for choosing it was that decent accommodation within the Hemu and Kanas scenic areas was either prohibitively expensive or too basic for our comfort. The room was recently renovated, and the facilities were adequate. There was no air conditioning, but luckily, the weather cooled down significantly during our stay, so it wasn't an issue. On-site parking was limited, but we found ample public parking available just across the street at the food court, which was quite close and convenient. We also had dinner at the hotel's restaurant on both evenings. The 'local hotpot' we tried one night was pretty good, and they even brought us a complimentary plate of watermelon. Honestly, the meals were a bit pricey, but it was convenient, and we preferred not to go out searching for other dining options.
